Restaurant on property was great! Large breakfast selection to choose from. Afternoon tea was fun and delicious and ordering dinner at hotel was wonderful after being out.

The view is breathtaking! From every corner of the resort, you can bask in the stunning beauty of the lush jungle. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the pool is delightful..

The hotel surroundings are amazing and the food at the hotel is nice to come back to after a day of exploring. The spa is very lovely.

While the hotel is very accommodating in helping to get us drivers, it would have been nice to be able to pay the drivers directly so you know that the majority of the $ is going to them.

Really nice location near ubud literally in the jungle. It was awesome. Breakfast was haven. Internet good. Location superb. We had a driver but I understood that Grab doesn't come there.

Everything!The Jannata resort was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was meticulous. The spaces were open and stunning with gorgeous jungle views, and extremely well cared for. The staff were some of the sweetest and most helpful we’ve encountered in all of our travels around the world. We were traveling with our three teenage kids, and we got the two bedroom jungle pool villa, which was amazing! We each had our own dedicated bedroom with bathroom and balcony, and an additional living room area downstairs with an additional bathroom, which was perfect when you have five people staying together. The pool was refreshing and a wonderful place for all five of us to hang out together and the showers were hot and amazing!! The staff was also able to help us book drivers if we needed to go anywhere, but they also had a free shuttle service that takes you directly into the heart of Uber town, which was very convenient. The food and service were wonderful, and we could not have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend staying here!! We loved it!

Very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Front desk helped with transportation so location wasn’t an issue. Fantastic food and we had a great massage at the spa. Felt very looked after.

You are in the jungle so common to get lizards, even in the room. They generally stay hidden though. Didn’t bother us.

Breakfast service very slow. Lunch / dinner menu very limited. Rooms lovely, but lots of insects were entering. You had to ask the staff to spray the room, instead of it being done automatically.

great stay ! we booked two rooms, one twin one double , they were amazing and the service was incredible too :) def recommended and will come again ! small amazing bubble in ubud, a magnific small road with cafes over green ricefields and still central. the rooms are incredible, beating any hotel nearby !

The room was lovely, we had 2 rooms and both were great. Huge bathrooms with everything you need. The private pool was a bonus and the main pool was gorgeous, shame about the building work which meant we didn't spend much timne here which was a great shame. Excellent housekeeping and we do recommend the massages in the spa. Breakfast was ok. Lots of steps, so you do keep fit....

Our arrival to the hotel was not as welcoming as we had expected, however once the lady arrived this soon improved and the reception staff for the rest of our stay were lovely. There was building work going on at the resort and next to the resort which did ruin our stay. Some notice in advance would have given us the option to book elsewhere but we were not informed, so it was very hard to relax when there was so much noise! The restaurant was located where the yoga is normally held. Food and drinks were ok, we went over the road and it was much better with amazing cocktails.

We loved the gorgeous view, all staff were very kind and helpful and facilities including the yoga class and breakfast were a lovely addition

We were surprise to find some construction around the reception area but it is to be finished by feb 2025. It really wasn’t an issue and actually meant the restaurant was moved down to the yoga space which was a beautiful breakfast spot :))

The staff were excellent. The room and view was spectacular. We also loved our massage and flower bath.

Even with AC it was a little hard to cool down. Unfortunately we also visited during renovations so there was some construction noise. It will be beautiful once done!

Amazing staff who remember your name, daily perfect cleaning, and evening cookies in your room. Delicious breakfast and a beautiful jungle view.

If you plan to visiting Ubud center, expect a 40-minute drive, especially in the evening traffic can be very heavy.

The restaurant. Some breakfasts they did not have all products. Same at dinner - some choices not available. This for a five star hotel is unacceptable.

Unfortunately a new area for dining was being built but the hotel did there best to make things comfortable

The view and grounds were beautiful, loved sitting by the pool and looking at the view.

A bit far from town, but very close to the Campuhan Ridge Walk, so if you are up for a good walk it takes you in to town. It's down hill from the hotel into town. If you are walking from town to the hotel. I would suggest water and light clothing.

The view of the jungle and the location of the hotel are a big plus, although the noises at night can be loud and you have to get used to it. Spacious room, clean ? Wanya (I don't know if I wrote her name correctly) deserves great praise, she is helpful, nice and knew how to take care of everything :)

The food is poor, sometimes you have to wait 50 minutes for breakfast even though we arrived around 7 am... As for the standard of the hotel, the breakfast was nothing special, sometimes we were served cold. I don't know if it's because the hotel restaurant is being renovated or it's always been like this... If we had had clear information that the restaurant wasn't working, we wouldn't have chosen this hotel. Drinks ordered in the evening - they were very weak. Unfortunately, sometimes requests to the service were not answered on time and you either had to repeat yourselves or be very patient.
