Breakfast was great rooms are nice I think they need to be renovated soon.

Not having to change rooms because of the ants infested the room.

Exquisite environments, personal attention from staff, excellent kitchen. A superb place to unwind and relax.

The service and the facilities and the view

The staff was memorable and very friendly, and the food was the best we had in Bali! We stayed in a spectacular villa with a pool that had an exquisite design. Make sure to try the private rafting on the Agung River; it was fun even for us beginners.

The hotel is integrated to the nature in the best possible way. All of the staff were very helpful, and made us feel like living in a paradise.

The massage beds could be more comfortable :).

Absolutely stunning villa with pool over looking the forest The resort is surrounded by the Bali forest. The nature surroundings , the forest sound , make it a perfect place to relax and connect with nature .The staff and hotel’s managers are wonderful ~ they took care of every detail. The restaurants are very good and the service is impeccableThe assistant manager Miss Yukari and to Mr Udayana, duty manager were very kind and helpful. The cooking classes are very good and the chef very nice and friendly. The Spa is a perfect place to relax The resort team made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable . Thank you all ! I will definitely come back again !

This hotel was amazing! Food was fantastic, staff extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my food allergies were taken into account and passed them on to each restaurant. Sitting in the bar, listening to live music, overlooking the trees and stargazing - bliss!

The view was exceptional.The food was the best in Bali.All the staff was friendly and welcoming us with a beautiful smile thank you for making our days happier.

Only thing that i can complain was the bed. It was making noise.

Excellent staff and very peaceful location. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and concierge very helpful. The brunch on Sunday was amazing. Large room which was well appointed with great view of jungle and river

The design, location, and service in exceptional. A true ultra-luxury experience. Location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff were trained well & the rooms were spacious.

Limited food outlets. This property could have more F&B options to accommodate different food requirements

Staff is very caring to their guests.They are always fast to respond with their service quality. Breakfast is very good. The ambiance is very cozy.I enjoyed and felt so relaxed in my every minute. Highly recommend for a couple trip since it is very romantic. It is also valuable to others whom want to clear their mind

when check in they giving us upgrade to let us feel nice. but when we open the room. the room isn’t that nice just big. than we request to change the room that I booked from here.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The gardens are pristine, the service is outstanding and food and drink service something out of this world. There is no need to leave the hotel as all the amenities is on the premises and the quality of food outstanding. The rooms are gorgeous and cleaned to perfection with all the amenities that you require. Dewa, Robby and all the staff were outstanding.

location is perfect, they upgrade our room for free, staff is so nice, room and the buggy drivers are so kind to uskids club staff especially Sari was perfect to my daughters

They gave us a different car from what we agreed , they cancel our massage without coming back to us They were trying to charge us for a different bills so many time enen the complimentary bags they want it to make money out of it . When u ask for a room service it took so long to send it and they were’nt organized and they made me pay for the breakfast which I already pay for at the counter and with the online also .They put also a room service charges for cleaning the room ??
