Luwak Ubud Villa & Jungle Suite

This hotel was really beautiful we got a private villa with a pool and outdoor living space. The room was made of natural materials to fit in with the theme of Ubud. The staff is INCREDIBLEY friendly and sweet. Everyone is smiling and eager to help.

The location was a bit out of the center of Ubud which might not appeal to everyone BUT they have free car service within the area to accommodate.

This is a nice property in terms of the closeness to Ubud center, and they have a free shuttle service which is great. The beds were big enough to accommodate 1 adult and 2 kids. staff is nice and sweet.

The room my family got was the first one from the street #105 and we could hear all the traffic noises from the main street. Moreover, on day 2 there was road work going on for the whole night due to which I couldn't sleep the whole night. We didn't had a prior info about, I would have appreciated a heads up. There were mosquitos in the room due to which my family had trouble falling asleep though mosquito nets were provioded.

Breakfast could be better with more options and more quantity.

Everything from the size of the room, toilet, swimming pool, WiFi plus electricity sockets! The down side was the breakfast variety!!

Nothing , believe me nothing. If we were not too much tired we would change the hotel atm.

It’s totally mismatched to the pictures showed on booking.com , washrooms walls have holes , anything can come in, it was terrible experience.

Really beautiful property near central Ubud, Villas are really comfortable, the nature and surroundings are amazing, great staff and delicious food. Thank you for your hospitality. Definitely would love to be back ?

Very good location as it is near to ubud center .. the staff is very kind and respectful Clean villas, however as it is natural and opened place there are some insects

I didn’t like anything about this property.Honestly I feel like I was fooled.Nothing is like the pictures.The pool was disgusting.We didn’t use even once.Green water plus the smell…Sun-beds complete joke old and dirty green ?We felt awful in this accommodation.When cleaning team come to clean our room there wasn’t much difference.Staff not very friendly.Breakfast option very poor.Bathroom was very dirty.Awful stay.

staff is great, food in the hotel is delicious. location is perfect. away from the hustle and bustle but very close to the center

the pool wasn't very clean and wasn't really suitable for swimming. there are a lot of mosquitoes. the facility isn't sprayed against insects. there's a lot of fungus on the walls, which you can see and feel

We booked four bungalows where two and two shared a private pool. The private setup was nice.

First of all, I never write such a bad review, but sorry, this place were just too dirty. Check-in was supposed to be 3pm. They didn't give us two out of four bungalows before 3.20pm because the last guests apperently didnt check out in time, fair enough we could wait. When we finally checked in they were not cleaned well at all. The bathroom floor towel was left from the previous guests and the shower was not cleaned. The private outdoor area with a pool was so messy it looked like someone had a week of partying. It was cigarette buts everywere on the ground, lots of carbage and plastic around, the table was so greasy that I have no idea how they could make it so disgusting. All the sunbeds were a mess around the area. When I confronted them, they said that they didnt have time to clean well because we wanted to check in(?). After they cleaned again, it was still a mess. After three tries we had to get the manager who appologised and made sure it got cleanes well.

Staff are wonderful and so happy to help with anything we needed, restaurant and food, layout of room, bathroom, very clean

Breakfast was a set menu, location was a little far out from centre but the resort provided a shuttle service twice in the morning and evening.

The villas need updating and a good clean. The bathroom gutters smelt.Out villas where near the road, we were disturbed by traffick noise and the water features which ran all night.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much. We preferred to be a short distance from the main part of Ubud so the location suited us well. The food was good and better value for money than surrounding establishments where there was a bit more going on in terms of entertainment than Bije. The apartments are clean and the grounds are kept well, such a pleasant place to be so a big thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. ?

The Villa and the staff are exceptional. Location is great! Only 5 minutes from Ubud Center. No chaos and you can still find nice cafes and restaurants.

A quiet getaway only a few minutes scooter ride from Ubud centre. The staff are always welcoming and lovely throughout the entire stay. The breakfast that's included from the restaurant is delicious and one of the many reasons Bije Suite Villa is our go to stay when in Ubud (multiple times a year). The pools are cool and provide a great opportunity to cool down on the hotter days. The grounds are lush and well maintained.

Room was wet and smelly, collor was falling down from walls, pool was cold, dirty and switched off most od the time, small breakfast.

Lovely, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast included with friendly and helpful staff.

Mosquitoes in the room but a net was provided around the bed.

Enjoyed our stay here. Favourite things was value for money, private pool and convenience and quick response from staff. Breakfast was great and the local restaurant was fab.

I think the bathroom and lighting in general could have been better. There were a couple frogs coming into our room, not the end of the world but for the Mrs sometimes a little frightening
