very friendly staff!

We loved that the staffs are so accommodating and very nice. We loved that it’s near Ubud center it was easy to go around the area. The staffs always ask if we want our room cleaned and if we need anything. Service was exceptional.

There are 2 pools at the property but the other one was not that clean. The rooms are big and even though they clean our room everyday it’s as if it’s still not clean enough. Or maybe because it’s obvious that it’s already old. No remodelling done for a while and it’s obvious.

Room is spacious. Staff are friendly.

Pool and out door area so amazing

They gave me a room where the lock didn't work, every night someone had to go and open the door. One night they left the door open without our consent. The last night they couldn't open the door and the person in charge decided to give us another room without being able to sleep in it. For several nights we had to hang over the balcony of another room, risking an accident. Something illogical to me was that the reservation didn't include all the breakfasts. I've traveled all over the world and I've never had an experience like this, so I didn't have to buy additional breakfasts when a room didn't include them. It was illogical that if five people go, only 3 eat and the rest look.

Well property was in a great location but bathroom were not clean. Ac doesn't work, cnt got to balcony as sliding doors were stuck.

Close to where I needed to be

Old hotel. Water in shower is the worst. It kept coming in spurts and spits and would stop altogether mid shower! Torn stained towels.

Located in quiet nice place.

We requested top floor but we did not get when it was empty too.

The room is big & clean. We also love the ambience. The food was good too.

It's quite far from ubud central, will take atleaast 10 to 15mins ride.

Brilliant location, fantastic staff that helped with organising laundry, massages and transfer. Everyone was super friendly and lovely and room service was an amazing extra, fantastic value for money and had a lovely stay!

Unclean rooms, stained mugs, no telephones in rooms, bad room service in terms of cleaning, weird damp smell in rooms and curtains

Staff were friendly but they cannot fix what the property management has failed on.

The sheets were dirty and torn. We asked the staff to change them but the new ones were not better. Worn and stinky. The whole villa was full of mosquitoes. They hadn’t made any effort to spray or take care of it. They brought toxic stray that they said we would have go leave the villa for some time but it was already late at night. There was mold on the walls, the fridge was disgusting, the sofa was dirty. Complete disaster. The outside decorative pool was disgusting green and filthy.
