Svarga Bebek Villas

The villa was very clean, lots of space, quiet, comfortable, new. The staff was discret, polite, and useful. Very good spa as well. We had a 90 min couple massage which was very good. Great breakfast, bar, and restaurants.

The views, the staff, the greenery

Staff so friendly and helpful. Really lovely, thoughtful touches, such as a large bowl of fruit and welcome drink, truffles with turndown every evening, complimentary insect repellent spray, plug-in, and balcony repellent coil. Comfortable, large bed, and plenty of storage. Nice, fluffy towels. The property is beautifully decorated and surrounded by nature. Two great restaurants to choose from - Orchid Duck on site and Bebek Tepi Sawah right next door.

Would have preferred if the shower had a guard to prevent water spilling out and slightly better water pressure. Portions at breakfast variable - some dishes were tiny and others very generous, so difficult to guess what to order.

Staff was always there to help us. Especially Synthia is a great person. She always welcomed us with her smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is really good. We loved being there. Easy access to all attractions by scooter.

In my opinion food quality of breakfast is low for this kind of hotel.

Beautiful garden with a lot of greens and two swimming pools. Bath room also very wide and nice. More than those things, I was impressedd with the friendly and supportive staffs always smiling to guests.

So far nothing. But the location is quite far from city center.

Exceptional cuisine - both breakfasts and restaurant.Out of the staff, Cynthia (Sinthia) has been an incredible help, recommending us places to go to and helping us within our journey. Hotel and its territory are lovely decorated, two open swimming pools available.

Beautiful traditional Balinese property. The grounds are very well kept, room was clean and most of all the staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 and would highly recommend this property. Exceptional customer service, staff always with a smile. Made me feel at home. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Breakfast at the property was awesome, loved the variety and menu. The facilities were lovely and clean.Gardens beautiful and well maintained Service and manager very accommodating.

After our stay we went to a five star hotel in Seminyak , nicer accommodation and cheaper . So from the perspective of value for money I'm not sure it rates so well.

Everything. The room,the areas around,the breakfast,the pools,the beautiful garden,the staff. Everything was perfect! I simply loved it!

The staff was super friendly ans helpful. There is a shuttle to the City center / monkey Forest and back. The breakfast was super nice,you could choose between different sweet and salty options. The hotel / hotel restaurant is not cheap, but the food quality speaks for itself.We got daily fresh drinking water and they provided a mosquito spray

Beautiful tranquil resort. Very quiet and amazing staff and service. 2 small pools to choose from. Plentiful breakfast options - small serves but if you are hungry, just order more (as there is no limit). Lovely afternoon tea. My room was an excellent size, well appointed with a gorgeous open air bathroom and a delightful private balcony.

Not the most convenient location but fine if you're happy to jump on the back of a bike to get places quickly.

The hotel is a little oasis in Ubud, with gorgeous lush greenery, rice paddies, orchids. The staff go beond to make you happy. We were welcomed with a bouqet of flowers, fruit. Every day we got new box of truffle chocolates. The breakfast is a la carte, but with lots pf choices and you can order as many as you want. Afternoon tea is a nice touch with sweet and savory delights. There are 2 restaurants in the premises, both delicious. We enjoyed our stay a lot and highly recommend it to others

That we only had 3 nights!Also Initially I thought the location maybe better in the centre of Ubud, but this became a positive point to get away from the chaotic city centre.

Villas were private, well designed & soacious. The breakfast was great as well as the Japanese restaurant (Orchid Duck) food was great. The pools were clean & allowed privacy at most times. The balinese massage at the spa was excellent. Ms. Agung from the front office was excellent ?

The location is a bit far from the main shopping area but the shuttle service was extremely helpful that had smart timings.

The whole property is gorgeous, beautifully designed. Set amongst small paddy fields with some outstanding Balinese features throughout, so aesthetically pleasing on the eye.The room was pristine, bright, airy, extremely comfortable and quiet.Afternoon tea is included in the price.

The location of the hotel is not the best. Set off one of the busiest roads into Ubud, it is not the easiest to walk anywhere from because of the road condition and traffic. Thank goodness for grab taxis. The hotel and rooms being set so far back are not affected by any noise.My wife and I are not big eaters and carefully watch what we eat but breakfast was meagre and one of the poorest we have had in Indonesia. The menu only allows one choice from each section. My wife ended up with yoghurt with fruit and an extremely small portion of pancakes (probably equivalent to a half of a single pancake in the USA). A second cup of coffee becomes chargeable which is annoying as we have several cups for breakfast.My Nasi Goreng was cold and the sunny side up egg looked the business but was like rubber, overcooked or had been under a heat lamp for several hours.I would have preferred to lose the free afternoon tea in preference for a more normal sized breakfast.

The hotel was quiet and hidden amongst the chaos of Ubud. The rooms were clean and large, staff extremely friendly and pools were spacious. We often felt like we had the hotel to ourselves!

Amazing!!! Everything is beyond expectation!!! the shared space, the villa, the service, the afternoon tea, the experience.

It might be slightly far from downtown.
