Saren Indah Hotel

Very beautiful and the staff were so friendly with my daughter. She loved them! Cleanest and best stay I’ve had in Bali. Also great water pressure.

A little construction work next door but it really wasn’t terribly loud.

The breakfast was good even if it was same everyday.

The view from the room, due to neighbors works, my room was the worst one in the hotel. The soundproof is very bad we can hear everything in the adjacent room

Except for the toilet, as I am not fond of handheld showers (but it has a great view of the rice field), our whole stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located in a very hip yet quiet area, and the hotel itself is very spacious, featuring an outdoor yoga room, a training center for cooking, and an open-air restaurant. I totally love the pool; it's so clean and has ample size. Room is spectacular, with a big bed and Balinese style furnishings.

Beautiful breakfast and outdoor area with nice plants and bird sounds. You could also see monkeys from the breakfast area and fields in the back.

Loved the room, the bed was nice and I enjoyed the netting. WiFi was good, air-con was good, overall very nice. The surrounding area was lovely and the breakfast was simple but delicious, very nice.

Only some very minor issues that honestly didn't bother me much. The front door was a little damaged and was tricky to close, it didn't easily latch shut. The toilet roll holder was in an awkward place (too far back) and the shower head was awkwardly mounted to the window. It would have been helpful to have a spare power point available next to the bed as well.

It was my 3rd time at Saren Indah. I feel at home there, surrounded by the lush gardens, incredible energy. Breakfast has good choices and the staff makes it fast. Everyone is very friendly. You may have encounters with monkeys and other lovely beings :)I will come back, again!

The family that runs this place are the kindest people and very helpful. The place was our refuge after a day in town or a day on an excursion. The monkeys from the forest come visit every day around 5pm and are gone by dark. The nature surrounding the place truly makes you forget you are in the city.

Location is good. A bit away from main traffic-heavy roads.

Needs lots of renovation. First room we were allocated was so awful: smell of chemicals and old humid wood was unbearable. The staff has moved us to the next room which was somewhat okay, but still uncomfortable

The breakfast that was included was decent, the service was good. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was large and clean.

surrounded by beautiful rice fields that create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the cooking course we took with the owner and other family members. They were so warm and welcoming, and the food we prepared was absolutely delicious.

Room needed some maintenance

We had very peacful and relaxinf holiday. Appartment is in good location, away from traffic jam. Staff is really kind and helpful. All recommendation for this family business.

Super position a bit away from the busy streets but everything within walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful freshly prepared to order. And the staff were delightful.

The rooms are looking a bit tired and could do with some general maintenance.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Quiet area, but within walking distance to the city through the shortcut. The road the hotel is on itself is quiet, but has plenty of restaurants and shops if you didn’t want to walk to city. Easy to get to on a moped though. Rooms clean, beds comfy, good breakfast.

Staff are very good , location are good just 5minutes to ubud central . The place is nice and peaceful. Its reasonable price for this hotel .

This hotel is exceptional. If in doubt, PLEASE do yourself a favour and book here!We have stayed at 5 hotels now and this one was the best so far.It is a serene place, peaceful and beautiful, but in a great location of Ubud - right next to the Monkey Sanctuary and also close to Ubud art market and the palace. Very nice restaurants close by, and in a clean and beautiful area. And the beds were VERY comfy!Rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast and service was good.But best of all, the family owning the hotel - the wife & husband and daughter. They were extremely kind and helpful, and very professional. They bought tickets for us, for the Fire dance show nearby, and took us there on scooters and picked us up again.We also did a cooking class with the hotel owners, which was a great and memorable experience. Very well prepared and very delicious food at the end!!I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ubud.

Facility inside the city but feels like near the nature . Rice gardens , very well maintained pool and Bali traditional furniture and large hotel suits . We like the hotel and staff was so so cooperative.
