SenS Hotel and Spa

The location of the hotel allowed us to walk to many of the things we were interested in seeing. The free shuttle was an option we had for going to other items in the city. A convince store was within two blocks. Staff were very helpful and informed.

No, all aspects of the hotel were very good. Breakfast was good and included a smoothie machine with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to use to make drinks. Two types of waffles and eggs to order.

Place has character. Nice pool. Good breakfast.

Bit noisy. Locaged at a busy cross roads.

Sens Hotel was the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at. the room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great. The very best part of Sens hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and felt like friends by the end of the trip. Would stay again

There was not a single thing I did not like about Sens Hotel.

Buffet was ok good selection of foods. Location was ok easy to navigate around main area of Ubud.

Nothing i didn't really not like

- well attentive and hospitable staff- 24-hour reception - very clean- Sri’s deep tissue massage at the spa- room cleaned everyday and water bottles replenished - electric sockets inside the room didn’t need an adaptor for me to charge my mobile- fast and reliable WiFi - the Nasi Goreng Kecombrang (breaded chicken) which is part of their restaurant’s Express Lunch- helped me book a taxi- inclusion of local delicacies in the dessert selections of their buffets - good location, very near various business establishments (money changer, restaurants, cafes, stores, etc.)

- I wish they’d have more variety in their dinner buffets. I ate there for two straight evenings and majority of the dishes were the same - I wish there’d be more interesting beverage selection in their restaurant - poor placement of the kettle inside the room. Got my arm burned when I used it. - I wish breakfast will open earlier, especially for those who are going on tours for the day. Maybe open 6 or 6:30am. If buffet isn’t possible yet, then maybe offer à la carte only, plus coffee

The rooms smell when you enter. The glass bathroom was not convenient in a twin room as I was traveling with a friend

The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. The pool was perfect after a very hot day in Indonesia.The location was very convenient to the central activities in Ubud.The restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet had everything.The room was large with lots of space to layout all the necessary travel items.The A/C worked like it should and very quiet, this is not always the case in even good hotels.

Unfortunately Ubud traffic is terrible and where the hotel is once you step out of the hotel you are right in the craziness.Traffic might be the downfall of Bali.

Location was really good.

The rooms had a major smell, we found that the hotel had been using an air freshener (feel like it was a toilet freshener it was so strong) in the AC duct which was insanely bad. Only once we physically removed it ourselves and left the doors open did the smell improve. We suggested to the manager to remove the air freshener from the rooms to improve, but not sure if they understood. We weren’t the only people who struggled with this issue.

Staff was very helpful and location is very close to ubud palace where the markets located.

There was a smell from bathroom drains (sometimes).

While it was not as rich in European style breakfast food as the European hotels, the breakfast was diverse enough. The staff were very kind and were always asking if we wanted them to prepare something extra for us. We were really impressed by their kindness and their desire to make us feel more than welcome. We really liked having the breakfast in their nice, small restaurant with a view to the outside pool area. The coffee prepared by the staff was excellent. They always wanted to refill our coffee cups with delicious espresso coffee or Balinese coffee.The area is very good, extremely safe, as everywhere else in Bali.Lots of local Warung around with good and cheap local food.

We did not have a balcony or at least a window that could open.

Very nice staff and facilities. The location was PERFECT. Very comfortable beds, and it was quiet. I had an amazing massage from Trisna! The pool was lovely as well.

It is a beautiful Hotel, the room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The staff were excellent, food was delicious and the view was incredible as I could see mt.Batur

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. 20 meters off one of Ubud's main streets. Stayed here 3 times in the last 2 years. Breakfast buffet excellent. Highly recommend to all travelers visiting Ubud. Enjoy and respect Bali.

Walkable distance to many places and shops. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Hotel room interior needs an uplift.

The staff are friendly & helpful. The pool area is small with only 4 day beds. The gym is also small. More than 2 people is a stretch. Thankfully most days neither were too busy but in peak times I imagine this is a problem. I thought the curtains in the bathroom were annoying. The room would be better utilised with opaque glass covers. Or better yet make it a proper bathroom with walls.
