The pool and gardens were beautiful. Manager was accommodating.

The bathroom could use some updating. Pool opened late and closed early.

The room being cleaned twice a day .

Their tour charge using the driver is more expensive than the local driver we spoke to after we took our tour . Also the hotel driver charge to take you to the airport is a little more expensive than the local taxi driver .

Swimming pool and dining area were amazing. The staff were prompt and courteous.

Brighter lights within rooms. The rooms are old and the dull yellow lights don't help with the ambience. Some staff were trying to sell a tour package.

Loved this place. We were a very happy family here. Great location clean facilities friendly helpful staff.Would definitely return here.

The grounds of the hotel were lovely, feels like a jungle. Its very close to the monkey forest so you see the odd monkey every now and again, The suite we stayed in was very nice and it was clean. (There was a lizard and other insects in our room though but I think that was due to the door, it doesnt close fully even when locked)

The staff werent very welcoming when we first arrived, and the lady at breakfast was abrupt. we felt like an inconvenience which is disappointing because every other establishment we went to in Bali has made us feel welcome. We had breakfast included in our stay but we opted to eat out 4 out of the 5 mornings we stayed here because of the staff and the restaurant also felt dirty. Not all staff were rude though, the men that cleaned the rooms and the grounds keepers were nice and always greeted us as we passed.

The standard room they first put us in was horrendous. Ive never seen anything like it. We were lucky they had a suite we could move to but obviously had to pay more.Pool was green & water in the pool was hot

The standard rooms we a shock. They should be closed down. Expect to ask for upgrade to suite and pay when you see the room

Amazing place to stay, well located, very relaxing, the pool is amazing, the garden is so beautiful and the staff lovely and welcoming.I love it!

The only thing they could improve a little bit, its the breakfast. The portions are not that big and the options limited but its ok!

Some of the staff were friendly and there was plenty of seating around the pool. The location was close to the monkey forest, shops and restaurants.

This hotel (our room, at least) is incredibly dated, resulting in dirty and damaged rooms. Damaged PowerPoints were falling out of the walls, tiles on the floor had cracked and would move underfoot, and we could not close our bathroom door. Many surfaces had a layer of dust on them, and the sheets and towels were stained. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, and the shower had very low pressure with an overflowing drain. The internet did not work in our room and was very poor in the common areas. They also used air guns to keep monkeys off the property, which didn't sit well with us, especially when the gun is just lying on a table unattended.

Amazing enviroment 5 min walking from the main street, a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are huge and the garden and swimming pool like from a dream! It is so close from the monkey forest that even sometimes monkeys appears at the garden (if youre affraid of monkeys dont worry, there is always someone in the garden to keep them away).

Restaurants food was not very good and poor choice of breakfast. Swimming pool a bit too dirty.

Couldn't order room service over phone, when I went to the restaurant, I had to pay cash...Couldn't charge to my room or use CC to pay. When I called for my tray to be collected it hasn't been done until next day. Food was average. Didn't enjoy the Pizza

This exceeded my expectations, in the hustle and bustle of Ubud yet we felt like we were in the quiet of the jungle. The pool was perfect for our 6yr old, for the money, it was exceptional...... I would definitely recommend

An amazing location with monkeys waking you up in the morning and very nice people around. It is very close to everything you want to enjoy in Ubud. Very beautiful surroundings including the swiming pool.

Very obsolete and badly maintained room equipment, mainly the bathroom which looked to be clean but given the rotten wooden furniture, soap dispensers and other equipment, it appeared very awfully

Beautiful property. The staff is so friendly. Grounds are clean. The pool is awesome. Breakfast is tasty. The spa was pleasant. Very enjoyable stay.

The water bottles provided do not open. Infinite twist of the cap. It doesnt separate and open.

No hot water for the shower while I was there. Didnt alert the staff, because I only stayed 3 nights, and it didnt bother me too much in that climate!

Very quiet location, on the outskirts of Ubud, directly in the middle of rice fields. Relaxing environment, suitable for a getaway with the intention of being offline.The crispy duck and Balinese coffee offered at the onsite restaurant were really good!The staff were friendly and helpful, kudos to them!

Since it's far from Ubud center, there's not much to do and see here. You're better off renting a scooter, although they do provide a free shuttle, but the timing is not very convenient.There were too many mosquitoes and due to the design of the villa's roof, they were able to freely come inside.Both pools are a bit too deep; for those that can't swim well, not recommended.
