    Pros +

    • The family who runs the resort is very friendly and caring for every guests. They took care of our needs and you feel like living as extended family then guests there. The property is very beautiful and rooms are clean, bed comfy and safe.
    • Very nice comfortable and large room, comfy bed, good facilities. Enjoyed watching the rain from the balcony. Beautiful gardens/pool, in a traditional/authentic feeling setting which I appreciated.
    • Our stay at this beautiful place in Ubud was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredible—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and a great start to each day.The accommodation is lovely, cozy, and very well looked after. We felt truly comfortable and at home throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Amanda and the whole team for their care, hospitality, and for making our vacation so easy and enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud.

    Cons -

    • Our two rooms require walking by the swimming pool and up and down some bigger steps before approaching to the actual room. Though the place is splendid , it would be good to know that the location of these particular rooms with respect to the entrance.
    • The hotel seemed pretty much empty, however I was placed in a room directly accross from construction of a new villa, which seemed like it could have been avoidable.
    • There are internal steps that did not bother us, but would be difficult for some..

This villa is located within walking distance (about a 5-minute walk) from Jl. Raya Ubud, Ubud's main tourist attraction, making it very appealing. If you're renting or bringing a car, the villa's yard can accommodate two cars, but you'll need to be careful when parking and unloading. From the front, the villa looks small and unremarkable, but it actually extends to the back, with a fairly large swimming pool in the back. However, there are only stairs to the rooms, so you should only bring medium-sized suitcases if you plan to stay here. Our room was also very attractive, with a bathtub and shower. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially Amanda. However, upon check-out, we asked for assistance from one of the hotel staff, and after placing our two suitcases next to our car, the employee immediately turned around and left us without a word. This gave us the impression that the employee was rude or unwilling to help us carry our suitcases from the room. Overall, our stay at this villa was very enjoyable and worth it, value for money ???

Our apartment was amazing. We had our own pool and view into a 'jungle' from the pool, bedroom and living space. The styling of the fit out was very modern and tasteful, the kitchen well equipped and the bed very comfy. The space was compact but it really packed a punch! The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Ubud but blissfully quiet.

There are internal steps that did not bother us, but would be difficult for some..

A very nice place to stay in ubud you are so close to the center without the noise of the center city. It was clean, you can get some small bugs but it is ok you are in the jungle after all. I can only recommend this place.

Authentic place, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, daily cleaning. The location is great (in my opinion) — about 5–7 minutes’ walk to the beach. It’s quiet; there’s a school nearby, I think, because in the mornings you can hear children singing. It’s not a new, modern European-style building, but that’s part of its charm (IMO).

There’s no kettle, but hot and cold water dispenser

Very friendly staff, great view from the terrace, quiet although in Ubud

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its incredibly convenient location. It’s just a short walk from the local markets which made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. The staff were consistently welcoming and professional, offering attentive customer service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met with a friendly attitude and prompt assistance. My room was always spotless, thanks to the housekeeping team who maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Coming back to a tidy, well-kept space each day made the experience even more comfortable.

Loved our two-story villa, where we stayed for 6 nights. The property is a lovely little oasis from the chaotic nature of Ubud town, particularly the main street. Staff were very kind and the daily breakfast was an ideal way to start each day. Comfortable bed, nice shower.

Were a number ants that entered via the front door gap. Plunge pool was a bit colder than the main pool, which limited it's value. Minor issues overall.

We were in the first place impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was kept very clean and we loved the lush green garden.

    8HaleyPosted on: 3-4-2025

Room and private pool were great.

The location was a little out of the way and the street it is on is not that safe feeling with vehicles driving by so fast.

Can honestly say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff are so warm and friendly, we were so sad to leave the hotel and missed them on the rest of our trip. The hotel is tucked away from the busy main road and is very peaceful but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. It’s a great location to do sight seeing from too.The rooms are large, clean and bright. We had a very private tucked away room and surrounded by trees and nature. Surprisingly we never had insects in the room which was a huge relief! The breakfast was delicious and a good choice of food to help start our long days of sightseeing. We used the spa multiple times and it was the best massage we had during the whole trip.A really big thank you to Amanda and her team for looking after us - we will only stay here when we visit Ubud now.

Cannot complain about anything at all

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. You can message them via WhatsApp and they will help you with anything. I find the room I booked cute, comfy, and spacious. Their breakfast was simple but it's really not an issue for me. The surroundings were abundant with plants and it felt very refreshing. It's roughly 10-15min walk going to Ubud Palace and there are pretty good restaurants and spas nearby.

I went there during rainy season and perhaps that's the reason why there were a lot of mosquitoes especially in the dining area where you get your breakfast. Just make sure to put on some insect repellant when going outside.

Pretty much everything. We stayed in two different villas in the hotel and both were surreal. The location of the hotel is a bit of the main road which we really liked cause you get peace and quiet. The place was so beautiful and the staff were so kind.

There were some WiFi problems but the staff tried to fix it as fast as possible.

The pool in the suite was really beautiful and peaceful. I randomly booked this hotel last minute and was very happy.

    10BonetPosted on: 10-21-2024

The villa was like a small paradise, with a private infinity pool overlooking nature. The bamboos and the sounds of birds were simply magical.

The hotel is very nice! Full of nature and beautiful pool. Its like an oasis in the middle of crazy ubud!! The staff is very nice and always willing to help.
