Unbelievable place And staff this a 7 stars ¸ place

Exceptional service

Comfortable suites walking distance to monkey forest and Ubud palace but set back from the busy street! The staff were very attentive and made u feel welcome. Breakfast was fantastic and the couple’s massage was a great experience at a reasonable price. Great place to stay if you visit Ubud in Bali.

Because the property is so close to the monkey forest there are times when monkeys were running around the property and were disturbing during our yoga class.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, great meals, large rooms. Few minutes' walk to restaurants and bars.

An awesome hotel. The staff is excellent. They are kind and attentive. The facility is clean, the pool is great, and the spa is wonderful. The food is great, especially the breakfast. The location is great. It was cool seeing the monkeys walking around the property.

I liked everything. There was nothing I didn't like. It's great being at a place were everything is great.

Attentive and friendly staff, excellent location, fantastic food (including breakfast), spotless rooms and always focused on making our stay unforgettable!

Quiet,Restful, fantastic food and staff

The facility was close to everything but still very quiet!

There is a step between the bathroom and the entrance that is not clearly marked. We kept stubbing our toe. It hurts!

The level of comfort was exceptional with a special mention being made for the staff. Every single one of them met you with a genuine smile working hard to cater to our every need.

To note there is currently building works at the rear of the property which at times was only slightly disruptive.

When you wake up, you can see monkeys around greeting you. The area is exceptionally well-located in the heart of Ubud's busiest street. I didn't have any issue finding dining options, going for a drink and it's next to the monkey forest. m

Great location. Easy to walk around ubud. Breakfast is also excellent. Very peaceful place to relax.

Hairdryer could be better but that’s a stretch to find something I didn’t like.

The location was perfect, in the centre with lots of restaurants and cafes around, the pool was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room very clean and the hotel itself was inside a monkey forest so very beautiful.

The spa experience wasn't what we hoped for and we don't recommend it. Cheaper and better options can be found elsewhere. We had a suite with balcony - there is a couple of stairs leading to the bathroom which can be very tricky to trip on. The suite size was smaller that we expected

Quiet and tucked away. But near to it all within a short walk. Staff are all so nice and helpful and really took care of things very well.. from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, bar and gym to the driver who brought me on a day trip and to the airport! They were all really super awesome! I enjoyed my stay very much!

Nothing actually

Centrally located in Ubud centre. Many restaurants and shops on either side. The property is within walking distance to the monkey forest and there are lots of monkeys around but they don’t disturb anyone. The hotel has a tranquil feel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The massage and facial were lovely. The breakfast was nice and a good amount.

There was a regular small of sewage in the room and crossing the bridge after the spa leading to reception. I think this may not be necessarily a hotel issue but one of wider sewage management issues.

The staff are the most amazing staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. They made our stay so fun and comfortable! They are always patient with our requests and not to mention how amazing the breakfast was! It made our whole Bali trip so memorable ???

First their communication in this Resort is top notch they always got back to you with answers to questions, plans, prices etc. Also it’s a very clean property and the staff are friendly, professional and helpful

Nothing everything was good

The staff and the food at the hotel were very good

The property is a little tired and old. They were doing work on parts of the hotel which didn’t cause us any issues.

We booked our honeymoon stay here, absolutely beautiful and serene very calm, room was kept clean twice a day! Very kind and generous staff, wonderful massage services, breakfast was lovely and filling as well, would definitely recommend and we would surely be back for another stay! We were within walking distance to the city center and could find lots of nearby bars and restaurants as well!

Lovely room with direct access to pool from terrace. Very comfortable, large bed. Excellent bathroom with double basin, lovely shower and double whirlpool bath. Amazing free massage. Delicious breakfast. All staff were helpful and friendly.

The stairs into the pool were loose and slightly tarnished but apart from this everything was perfect.
