Sagitarius Inn

The location is awesome. Right in the middle of everything and super walkable. Stores, shops, food, and monkeys all right outside the door. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and insta worthy! We are considering adding a week to our stay. The vibe here is real.

At midnight I wasn’t able to get into the hostel I had booked down the road. Thankfully I found this place. Check in was quick and easy, the room was very spacious and comfortable and felt safe. The place is beautiful, well located, and they provide free garafon water.

The staff was exceptional. Very helpful, friendly, professional and polite. Rooms were huge, clean and the beds were so comfortable.Location is the best...so close to everything Ubud offers yet so very quiet. Will definately stay there when I return to Ubud.

The garden is lovely, and the place is very relaxing and quiet considering it is so close to the main street. The pool area has good seating. I would return to the hostel

The location was great. Lot's of restaurants and shops near by, as well as a place to rent a bike right in front. You could see monkeys running around in the daytime. It looked very local with gardens and statues.

There was a leak on the floor in my bathroom. With torrential down pours, we were constantly having to use the towels so our whole stay we had wet towels.

Awesome location right in the buzz of town. If you want the monkey experience definitely stay here you won’t even need to visit the monkey forest as they are not intimated by you. In saying that they will take food off you if you eat outside so be careful but an amazing experience to see them in the property. Great pool helpful staff awesome little place for the price!

Could be slightly more clean I looked at the pillows without the slips and I wish I hadn’t those could be updated as we’re gross!

Property location, Value, Peaceful environment

Bathroom is closed with no window and exhaust fan. Also some times, reception was empty and it becomes hard to find staff, Light at night are so dull then we have to use mobile flash to reach our room.

I usually try to focus on the positive aspects of a place, but unfortunately, that was quite difficult in this case.The staff felt distant and not very present, which made the stay feel impersonal. I had to repeatedly ask for basic things like room cleaning and fresh towels, which should come naturally in a hotel. The shower had visible mold, and overall, the room didn’t feel clean or comfortable.I asked to change rooms because the bed was very uncomfortable, but there was no empathy or effort to help — not even a kind word.The garden of the hotel is beautiful, and I can acknowledge the effort put into the outdoor spaces. However, the room I stayed in didn’t reflect that same care. I stayed for a full week, but I never felt at ease.I finally decided to change accommodation, and now I finally feel like I can relax.Also worth noting: the laundry service was more expensive compared to other places in the area.

Great location, staff was helpful (just a little hard to find at times), monkeys were running around our property wishing was great! We loved our stay. Would definitely recommend for people traveling in groups!

Beautiful gardens, traditional style Bali rooms.Low rate, close to restaurants.

Bathroom and bath had mould, cobwebs over the bed. Bed sheets and some towels are quite old, grey white. Our bed only had a top sheet no quilt or extra blanket.

Room stings horrible, the bedsheets and pillow cases are dirty and not changed, the toilet has no exhaust and air ventilation so you are going to breathe all the toilet smell through the aircon, door knobs and locks are pretty bed condition, one of the staff was very pushy to us to get a tour in his taxi.The bed and mattress are very very bad and need to be changed. They make extreme noises if you just turned your side. There is no cutlery , no kettle, no water and glasses provided. They charged cash on arrival whereas we have selected the mode of payment by credit.Overall we did not enjoy staying there.

It was very estatic place and old one. Staff were very polite and helpful. But we have to walk down a bit to get the own villa . Since it’s raining season it’s bit risky to walk on the path. We were sacred that my mom might be slipped.

Room was smelly. You get the smell that it has not used for a long time. Our bed is not comfy at all . But my moms bed was quit comfy.

The pool was good The room was spacious and a nice balconyThey cleaned the room regularly, which was nice Close by to amazing restaurants and massage parlours and shops. It's not too far from Hanoman Street but a bit quieter.

I found it hard to find staff when I needed something. There wasn't anyone ever available at reception. Could be good to give guests a contact number to message if they need somethingIt wasn't that quiet in the evening as there is a restaurant down the road with live music every night. I was doing some training, so was having early evenings and that noise bothered me as was pretty loud.. so if you are an early to bed kinda person I wouldn't recommend this placeVery close to monkey forest which meant the monkeys came a couple of mornings super early and caused a bit of chaos Shower pressure was terrible, I had to use the bath

There was a room with no Aircon and it was full of mosquitoes. Good thing we reserved for 2 so all four of us stayed in that room.

Excellent location and value for money

Beds are not comfy. Sheets and pillow cases are too old

Its just a few minutes walkway from the city center, has a nice pool and very helpful stuff

The bathroom was in a horrible condition, needs to be renovated, there was mold everywhere, dusty furniture, especially lamps, the entrance door was sagging

Nice older style hotel very close to Ubud centre. Really good pricing and everything was as it should be. Good staff which I arranged trips with and comes with some comical monkey visitors to keep guests amused. Resturant not operating, but many eateries and convenience stores close.
