    • The property is in a fantastic location, and having Circle K right next door was a convenient bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent staff who made the visit memorable.
    • The staff are very professional, helpful, very friendly and very welcoming,
    • The room was great! But needed a bit more lighting

    Cons -

    • While not a common requirement, having a wheelchair available is essential for a property of this size. Guests—particularly elderly visitors—may need it, and ensuring accessibility reflects thoughtful planningThe breakfast menu could use some improvement—introducing a buffet system would truly elevate the experience and make the stay feel complete.
    • Card slot for switching on power in the room was very finicky. Lack of mirror in the room - only one small mirror in the bathroom
    • The shower could use a bit of renovation Tv was not working, minor issue though as we didn’t stay inside the room for long.

I absolutely loved the green surroundings, the quiet street, the luxury of a private pool and a jacuzzi, and the wonderful staff. I also loved my daily vegan meals at the Muse Cafe that was located just next door.

The interior of the villa desperately needed repairs and replacements. Towels and floor mats were stained and frayed. The sofa covers smelled really bad and need deep cleaning (the staff did their best by spraying a fabric refresher and placing large bedsheets on the sofa so that I could rest on the sofa comfortably). Window blinds were broken in places and several of them could not be adjusted to open and close. The bathroom sink leaked and soaked the floor mat. The roof leaked water onto the living room coffee table. I tried to make the best of the situation and overall, I had a somewhat restful stay. The hardest part was the noise from the aircon unit in the bedroom that disrupted sleep - I turned down the fan speed to minimise the noise although that meant I slept in a room less cool that what I would prefer.

The location is great, very close to the city centre, you can walk(15 min). Great amenities, and friendly staff.

The breakfast was in poor in choices, but tasty.

Apart from the good staff, and the nice view from the villas, nothing was good.

After a long ride to Ubud, I arrived in the evening only to be greeted by a total blackout. There was no electricity on the villa side. I called the reception and was told that the electricity was working in the reception and restaurant only. The reason? There was no functioning generator for the villas. I spoke with other guests who confirmed that they also experienced a blackout on their first night. In Ubud, a blackout means no Wi-Fi, no way to charge your phone, no air conditioning, and no mosquito repellent working. You can imagine the situation. I called the manager who wasn’t on site, and was informed that I wouldn’t be charged for that night.Later, when I returned from dinner, the power was back, and I was relieved. But as I entered my room, I found small lizards roaming around. I hadn’t even opened the room door since check-in, meaning they were already inside. I couldn’t sleep in those conditions, so around 11 p.m., I left and checked into another hotel.Overall, I really wouldn’t recommend this place, especially not at this price. RUN!

It was very quiet and peaceful. Situated outside of the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

We moved rooms during our stay and in the 2nd room the blinds didn’t close in the bedroom. They need to be repaired. The room requires more towels as we had to ask for more towels the whole duration of our stay.

Absolutely loved our 2 night stay, but wished we had booked for longer. The staff were super attentive and helpful. Loved the free shuttle every 2 hours into the main restaurant and shopping precinct. The breakfast selection was terrific and the nasi Goreng was super tasty. We will be back.

The rain shower head in the outdoor shower could do with an upgrade.

Did not like anything as I saw many ants lizards and big lizards all around in the rooms as well as the pool sidhad to leave the hotel right away and got charged for the first night and refund is still pending

    Too many lizards and ants

The villa in feneral was nice. Really cute amd quiet. Looks like on the pictures. Nice view, food in the hotel restaurant was deliciou. Nice staff , always there to help.

I was expecting more from the hygiene for this money. It's annoying also the fact you need to put your shoes and take them out every time you go from bedroom to the kitchen.

Loved the private pool with a view. Staff was amazing and accommodating, we enjoyed the free activity of learning how to make canang sari. The free shuttle to and from town was also a huge bonus, we used it several times. You can walk to town but it is a bit far, about 20 minutes so the shuttle was great. We found the value for what we paid was great and we would stay here again!

The bathrooms could have been cleaner but overall fine. Also note that the bathrooms have open-air windows so mosquitos can get in, we just made sure to always keep the bathroom door closed and did not have any issues. There are plumeria trees over the pool so leaves do fall in, not really an issue just a matter of aesthetics. Had their been a pool net I would have cleaned them out myself no problem.

It’s a very nice place with near facilities ,lovely service and very clean room.I suggest it if you want have a relaxing trip with your family.

I wish that have more lights near the private swim pool for night swim.

We stayed here for 5 nights for somewhere that was comfy and private to enjoy Nyepi. Staff were always so kind and caring with a huge smile on their faces everyday! The room was amazing! Pool over looking the rice terrace was a nice touch! The restaurant food and drinks were always delicious and served with a smile. It's a good walk away from Ubud center, but they have a free shuttle service to take you there and pick you up. During Nyepi, they had activities for everyone to do if they chose, such as making canang sari (offerings) and dress up in traditional clothing. It was a really great stay!

Great villas with rice Filed’s views, modern and spacious. Short taxi ride from Ubud city Centre. Very caring hotel staff

Food at the restaurant was average.

    Nice location, nice stuff

The room was in the basement, the horrible smell of the mold, all equipment are very old, the towels are far way from white color already

    Bad

We had very bad experience in ubud green , from the photo we thought it is in a quiet place, but...Some rooms just beside the street, very noisy for the whole day,we can't have a good sleep here,no garden.Although they apologize for that , it seems nothing they can do about it , it is what is.

Villa with private pool with surroundings were exceptional

location far from center, shuttle service always charges if you don't plan to their schedule. breakfast option was highly dissappointed

Our stay at Ubud Green Resort was an absolute delight! We ended up booking this place very last minute after leaving another accommodation in the middle of the night due to unmet expectations. Looking back, we couldn’t be happier with our decision! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. A special shoutout to the lovely lady who assisted us during check-in and check-out (apologies for not remembering your name!)—she was truly one of the highlights of our stay. She always checked in on us, making sure everything was going well and even asking about our overall experience in Bali.As for the villa itself—wow! We immediately fell in love. The space was beautiful, spacious, and had a fantastic ambiance. The bedroom was large and comfortable, and we even had a spare room, which we didn’t use but was a great addition. The private pool and terrace were stunning—waking up to that view every morning was pure bliss! The living room was cozy, stylish, and had a huge TV, perfect for unwinding with movies or series in the evening. The dining area was also a great plus.Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay, but we purchased it on two out of the three mornings and found it absolutely worth it.

The only downsides were minor. The jacuzzi was dirty, and despite requesting a cleaning, it remained the same on our last night, so we didn’t use it. It might have been due to the rain, but since it was late, we didn’t want to bother the staff again. The bathrooms could also use some renovation, especially the toilet seat, which seemed worn and needed replacing.Despite these small issues, our stay was fantastic, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The resort is a hidden gem, offering great value, comfort, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Ubud!

Nice Villa that is accessible to areas of Ubud via scooter/transport. Quiet location and pretty concept for the villa. Mart right next door for small supplies and some cafes/restaurants you can walk to. Friendly and helpful staff.

Strong smell of dampness that was a little off-putting (maybe more so in wet season). Pool area became messy easily with falling leaves and sap on lounges and in water, which then became cloudy. Spa not really practical.
