Wasn’t the cleanest - would expect much better for the price especially the bathroom and statins on bedding, would expect better options for breakfast for price.

We stayed at Suara Alam Ubud for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is in a quiet, green area but still close to central Ubud. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was beautiful.Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a calm place to stay in Ubud.

The location was near to the most attractions and staff’s behavior was good.

The breakfast was terrible. We just had a few options and we should order one day in advance. It doesn’t really worth it. Before we come to this hotel we were in another hotel in Kuta with the same price( even a bit cheaper) you can not compare how much that one was better.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms are modern with stylish renovations, and the staff is incredibly polite and always ready to help at any moment. A special mention to the wonderful ladies at the reception—it was truly hard to say goodbye to them at check-out. The food was also amazing, and I was especially impressed by the beautifully arranged breakfasts. The hotel is located in an extremely quiet area, yet it’s very easy and quick to reach the center of Ubud. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

1. The bed linen was not changed after the previous guests. The bed was simply remade with dirty bed linen, with stains and the smell of someone else's perfume. Also, the robe was not changed after the previous guest.2. In fact, this is not a 5* hotel, it is a good mini boutique hotel or a family hotel.3. The pools are very small and only suitable for Instagram photos, they look more like private pools for one room or large bathtubs4. Standard room, very cramped even for one person without a lot of luggage5. There is no territory of its own at all, and the internal common space is too limited, even for such a minimal number of rooms.6. For this money there are many real hotels where you don't have to check the cleanliness of the bed linen

Clean and well designed.

The room is 1/2 the size i was told (Room was meant to be over 20m2 but was more like 12. So it’s tiny but pretty nice.ALSO they said it’s a ‘Terrace Suite’. I’m pretty sure a terrace isn’t the outside hallway all guests use to get to their room.

Very disappointed

Small hotel pretty much in the middle of nowhere.Booked through booking.com but didn't stay, and lost our payment.Didn't seem to be particularly clean (visible stains on all the restaurant chairs), swimming pool is no more than a big bath.Couldn't believe it was a hotel at all from the road, very disappointed.

The room is spacious, and the hotel is so relaxing. there’s a lady named Wulan, she is so friendly and kind, we will definitely choose here next time!

The style and cleanliness of the room, the look of the outside seating and dining area, the easy access of the property. The staff were the best part by far, they were always willing to go the extra mile for us, making each of us feel special throughout.

A beautiful property surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes by scooter from the center of Ubud. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and also helped us book our Quad ATV tour after it was canceled by another provider.Our terrace suite was SO spacious and had a huge walk-in shower as well as a private bathtub overlooking the jungle. We were provided with a daily refill of water and coffee capsules. The pancakes for breakfast are delicious, and you can have breakfast in your room or take it to go if you’re heading out early. It’s very convenient that scooters can be rent directly from the property. We liked that the hotel could accommodate a limited number of guests because it always felt very peaceful and we felt well taken care of. They even gave us some lovely gifts at checkout! We highly recommend this place!!!!!

If I have to be meticulous, the toilet (which is separate from the shower and sinks, as is often the case in Bali) had a slight unpleasant odor. Also, I would have liked if they had a spa on-site instead of it being located some distance away, as we definitely would have taken advantage of it to relax after intense days of exploration!

Everything! It is a beautiful property. Our room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The location is a short drive from the main roads of ubud or a short walk to some local shops up the road. They off Scooter hire which was very handy ☺️

We had a glass door to our toilet which was odd having no privacy but otherwise no complaints. Everything was good ?

This place has honeymoon written all over it. Everything was to a very high standard. Even though this is a hotel it is still very private. It’s a little out of the main hustle of Ubud but still walkable. There are lots of places to eat around the hotel as well as in main Ubud.

-staff were amazing, so efficient, always there to assist -room was cozy-comfy beds - Netflix and Spotify were a nice touch

-pools seemed a bit dirty-no ambiance around as no bar/restaurant/ vibe -pre ordering breakfast for a specific time the next day and not leisurely able to go for breakfast between the times

Beautiful resort, great features in the rooms and beautiful pools, safe were very friendly

Wish the shower was inside and just the bath tub outside, lots of mosquitoes around.
