Amazing hotel with view and staff shuttle is good to use to go center. Afternoon tea food selection might be upgraded because after 3 days it becomes same. But food in general very good.

The humidity in room need machine and clean the machine twice everyday.

I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and thoughtful.

This felt more like a 4 star hotel. The walls had stains and the bathroom was very old. I found it not worth the price/value.

The rooms and view is very beautiful , it is a good place to relax , enjoy. The pool is very nice and rooms are big and beautiful style .

Brackfast is not good at all for a hotel of this level. So better if you have choice without brackfast no worries take it :) .Gym not workable .

Staff were all amazing, very helpful and welcoming with a smile. Breakfast was super, check in and out was very fast. And there was a free car taking you to the downtown. The room has a small issue and they immediately upgraded my reservation to villa which i was very happy with

Breakfast & room service should improve the quality of food

The hotel was very clean, and all the facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The surroundings were peaceful and green, and the staff were kind and helpful. Everything made the stay comfortable and relaxing.

The staff in the reception very kind and welcoming and helpful. The photographer took for me amazing photos to make the experience memorable. Breakfast was excellent and service great.

The check out time, i asked to extend it until 2 or 3pm because I was leaving to airport but they agreed until 1pm. Still overall experience was great , I don’t want to complain because of this only.

The hotel is very clean and offers a relaxing atmosphere, and located in a scenic location in the jungle with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Honestly, I highly recommend Metland Venya to anyone visiting Bali.

The resort as a complex is truly impressive. It offers many possibilities to enjoy your stay – from restaurants to relaxing spa facilities, all set within a beautifully designed property. The surroundings are stunning, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking.The staf was extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the very first moment.

We booked the Ekapatni Pool Villa, which according to the staff is the highest room category of the resort. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, but unfortunately, certain details clearly need renovation. For example, the curtains showed some wear and small stains – they were clean, but the signs of age were noticeable. The same applied to parts of the flooring and the bathroom. In fact, I even removed a few small stains from the bathroom tiles myself, which shows that more detailed cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference. For a hotel and room of this category, we would have expected these small issues to be taken care of immediately.We also had a private pool, which we were really looking forward to. Sadly, the pool was not as clean as expected. In some areas there was a visible residue on the surface and tiles. We understand that being in the middle of the jungle naturally brings certain challenges, but with a better cleaning system this could easily be improved.Apart from these mentioned details, the room was otherwise clean and comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay.Additionally, when we went to have dinner at the restaurant near the Reception, we noticed that most of the tablecloths had some stains on them. After checking four or five tables with the same issue, we finally found one without stains. Again, small details like this matter, especially in a property of this category.That said, overall we still found the property good value for money. The Resort has great potential, and with a bit more attention to maintenance and detail, it could truly match the luxury category it is marketed as.

Room service food quality was really bad and waste of money ordering it. Had to through away all the food ordered for IDR 700K

The property is gorgeous. The hotel arranged a flower pool. We also received a free photo shoot.

Our room didn’t smell too good. The bathroom in particular I don’t know if something was leaking, but our days were full of activities so good thing we didn’t have to be in the room the whole time but when we were in there, I wasn’t that comfortable.

Big rooms and green nature

Dirty, dirty , dirty restaurants. I have to change my cup 8 time, fork 6 times and plate 3 times every time come dirty again. There was worms in my food and they just laughed and said this is organic! They clean their nose and with the same hand touching the food and dishes. Unbelievable how dirty and used to be dirty these people. It seems dirt is something normal and part of daily routine!

The best place on earth, luxury vila in the middle of the jungle, with outdoor swimming pool and spa. Room is spacious with little balcony facing the nature, huge bathroom with a bath and shower, has everything you need, king size bed and huge TV. The restaurant offers European and Balinese food, breakfast is more than you can imagine. Staff is exceptional, friendly, smiley, happy, amazing. Can’t fail this place, it’s a beauty on earth. There is a shuttle bus taking you to Ubud and back. I would love to go back to this place, it’s just wonderful Thank you for making our stay more enjoyable, we had a brilliant time ❤️
