Pros +
- The staff was always accommodating Great location and quiet
- The pool was nice and clean, the room was very big, no issues with facilities or with the room.
- The private villa and walkability to everything.
Cons -
- The pool was to deep 1.8m
- The breakfast food was ok but would have used more fresh options - it only had 2 fresh fruit options, cucumber tomato and lettuce.
- Ran out of shower gel and had to ask twice, still never refilled; and having to ask for standard items which should have been already in villa.

The private villa and walkability to everything.

The property has monkeys around which made the swimming pool dirty and I couldn’t able to swim. I recommend they to find solution for monkeys not come to the valley. Also, find way for old people who can’t use the stairs.
Spécial thanks to Putu, Citra, Kadek and Tyas for their kindess. They looked after our baby with a lot of love and generosity.
Beautiful spacious suite with own private pool, Everything was very clean. I loved taking a long soak in the huge Japanese type tub too.
I really can't think of anything negative
Being close to central ubud. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants.
Not able to enjoy private pool due to monkeys around our villa. Breakfast could be better.
It was how we seen from the website, except we didn’t know that the water depth was about 1.8m deep. Staff were helpful and approachable. Made a simple happy birthday greetings for our child on our day of arrival as we mentioned that we were there for our child’s birthday.Monkeys do roam around but harmless if we leave them alone. We enjoyed the stay very much!
Towels were quite old but clean
The best villa we stayed in, amazing swimming pool, so quiet, nice staff. We had an ant nest in the bathroom villa in several spots which was taken care of by the manager Putu immediately, he even arranged for a very nice proposal dinner for us in a different location, was very sweet of him, i would definitely come back again, we stayed for 3 weeks and was a good idea not to change the location. Monkeys are peaceful if you don’t interact with them we had zero problems with them. Also enjoyed the massage there. Highly recommended.
Everything was nice
It was great. Clean accomodation, nice staff. Good place with a lot of restaurants around. If there was problem with AC or hot water everything was fixed in quick time.
I did not like breakfast. I wait 20 min for refill some options and it was not refill for that time. Aspecially sweet options like pancake, fried banana and so on. Even eggs was not refill even there is egg station where sould be someone from staff.
Breakfast items very limited and bread/toast choices limited. But given the cheap rates it was ok.
Breakfast and the monkeys.
beautiful villa suites, fantastic daily clean, pool was wonderful, lounge area was needed when the monkeys became a nuisance
monkeys came down into the pool area, some we're aggressive, certainly don't leave anything out, even whilst you are sitting there, did disturb our stay a bitbreakfasts were dreadful, everything cold except omelettes, whilst there was choice items were tasteless or soggy. certainly don't recommend eating breakfast there.
Fantastic massage and great room service for dinner and floating breakfast
Unfortunately our neighbours woke us up at 3am on the first night. This was NOT the fault of hotel staff
The Villa with private pool was great! Massive, good seating options, nice deep pool, big four poster bed.The monkeys were novelWiFi went down and once we told the front desk was fixed quickly
Staff completely not in keeping with the rest of Bali, not very helpful or cheery at all.Monkeys are novel, but do stop you eating/drinking outside and can disrupt sitting out in the evening.Breakfast was terrible, if we’d had the time to we would have eaten elsewhere even though we’d paid for it alreadyWhole hotel a little shabby, if we’d been in a standard room I don’t think we’d have enjoyed it at all
The location was amazing and convenient. The Villa itself was amazing, large rooms and great pool.
The location is the main reason to stay here. Walkable to everything in Ubud and the perfect location if you want to be in a Ubud centre. The pool villa was huge (pool was big too!) and reasonably quiet, set back from the main road. Some staff were lovely, others indifferent.
The hotel was very dated and old. Breakfast was just average, the bed was rock hard, cleaning wasn’t great (old stained towels, my pool towel also had lipstick all over it), the aircon in parts of the villa didn’t work well.
The rooms are a lot larger than the photos, the main pool is big and nice, really good location to monkey forest and restaurants
First impressions were not great the staff were very unfriendly and made us sit in reception because we were 10 minutes early for check in - the room was ready but they wouldn’t check us in until exactly 2pm this just seemed petty and I had to go back up and ask if we could check in now as staff were just standing around and didn’t even bother to get us at 2. The rooms are really dirty, stains on every seat chairs, sofas you can’t touch any curtains or nets as they are all stained in black. The shower leaks all over the bathroom you have the pile the towels by the door and none of the doors shut so expect bugs inside. They also stated a floating breakfast was free for villas staying 3+ nights but when I asked they were charged 400,000. I also asked about spa use and am still waiting for them to respond! WiFi does not work at all. We ate breakfast once and couldn’t bare to go back it was awful. Lastly, they want to ‘check’ your room every day if we had the do not disturb sign on the door they would repeatedly call the phone in the room which you can’t unplug until you answer. One day we had a tour at 2am so came back to rest and were woken up by them calling over and over again to let them in. Why have a do not disturb sign if you ignore it?
Lovely Villa with own pool, close to the monkey Forrest and Ubud
Monkeys can get a little close but staff are great at keeping them at bay
spacious room, sitting room and private pool
The monkeys at 5pm.
The staff were fabulous. They attended to any issues straight away. The location is excellent if you like to be within waliking distance of all things Ubud and still in a peaceful location.
It would be good to have a safe in the rooms, although I did have one in the Villa I stayed in for the second part of my stay which was fabulous.
