The best part of this resort was the staff they were amazing and tried to accommodate you

Too far from locations very dark there wasn’t anything to do outside on the premises the one restaurant did not have a variety of food and they close relatively early

It's a beautiful location with a really private feeling. Looking out of the window from the bed and bathroom it's a really jungle view with tropical plants and a jungle view.The staff is also great at helping with any request like laundry or booking a private massage, and had great suggestions for places to visit. They were really responsive before our stay via Whatsapp.The breakfast was also very tasty and delivered to the villa every morning.We also were surprised with a nice happy honeymoon message on arrival

Unfortunately the water pressure for the shower and sink wasn't the best. This is of course not a deal breaker and the water temperature was great.Due to it's location and surroundings, you have to be careful with open doors or you'll get some visitors like ants. They do have a mosquito net over the bed to keep you safe.

The hotel is nice, and it has good facilities.

So many mistakes during our stay. We went to our honey moon to spend a perfect moment but the hotel was under construction. The view of the pool is not what appears in pictures. They were constructing in the room next to ours and there were noise, lot of people working, lot of construction material at the front and there was a guy working on the roof that could see us in our room. The hotel should be closed when they are constructing. Then a chair was broken, the air conditioning didnt work well, the lady in the front desk was desperate to sell tours and transportation. She offered a tour that cost x3 the cost of other tours in the center. DONT follow her recommendations. Very disappointed about this place

The staff were great, kind and helpful.The location is great if you are looking for some place quiet.Own swimming pool ,big bath and shower.

The meal options were not the best but you can always eat in Ubud centre or place a grab food delivery

After my English card declined due to a restriction on my acccount. I didn’t like how they treated me during this, however it got sorted and all was forgotten!

Everything was perfect. Super clean, super comfy; staff super friendly and supportive.

There is the thing with the construction in front is some villas, but the one I got recently got a new wall/ little outdoor space built, so it would cover the construction view and give the villa more privacy, which it mostly did. (I also was there for Nyepi, so no one was there). At night there’s little illumination in the room, not bad for the time tho.

We really loved this place - the staff are excellent and could not do more, and the rooms are nice. For the price we paid we were happy - breakfast was good. Location was 15 mins drive from Ubud centre but close to cute coffee shop and 5 mins drive from Huma rice fields cafe (which is amazing). I would definitely go back, thank you so much ?

Tiny silly issues with room such as bathroom ventilation and construction noise nearby - but this was genuinely minor.

Breakfast was very yummy. Loved being in the Forrest and hearing/seeing the beautiful nature. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Room service was very efficient and hot with every meal. Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating greeting us as we arrived and delivered our suitcases to our rooms in the rain

The villa was lovely although the bed was not very comfortable the mosquito netting was holes the lighting was not very bright and needs to have a front entrance light as it was dangerous coming back to the villa at night time

We had a awesome time at this place. The staff was very courteous. The room including the pool and bathroom was well mentained. They offer a lot of tours. We didn't use that offer and just rented a scotter to discover the surroundings by aurselves. The scooters they are offering are also well mentained and are offered for an average price in Ubud area. We recommend this place for everyone and would love to came again.

Unfortunatelty there was a small construction site nearby. But it was't very loud.

Staffs are top class…highly professional. Nice location. Peace and quiet.

Mould in the bath and on the curtains…also free breakfast but only 4-5 options not great for long stay as get board eating same thing. Toilet gets wet when shower.

We had an incredible stay at Poka in November! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made us feel as at home throughout our entire stay. The villa itself was amazing and food was another highlight – every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety of both local and international options to choose from. Overall, our experience was just great, and we can't recommend Poka Villas enough for anyone!

I really like the location of this villa. Everything was convenient. Most importantly, the staff were amazing and very hospitable. The villa is very clean and I loved their private swimming pool.

First ,breakfast is not up to standard . We are vegetarian and request very clearly no onion and garlic in the 1st time.while check in .End up we get 3 days breakfast wrong order . And even one of the staff using his bare hands to touch the food infort of me.?Second, the pillow got lizard shit on the 1st night I check in . Even the daily cleaning . The pillow we found out was never clean . The shit is still there . That is very obviously staff was never change it , ( just place it nicely back only ) ☹️, the bath room was Urine odor。Third , we are requested need a Quiet and privacy room. End up we have the locals who are walk around outside our pool view garden ,? and peeping our privacy

Beautiful grounds and staff were amazing!

It’s advertised to be overlooking the rice fields which are being done up with construction at the moment. It would be nice to have the fence blocked in so we can keep our privacy from the workers next door,

Wonderful staff, super helpful and friendly. Private pool right next to the patio.

Noisy gecko in the cabin kept us up in the nights (staff tried their best for a solution). Not really their fault :)

The breakfast average as only had 3 choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No USB charging points available and that outside the accommodation was a lot off rubbish around

everything was really amazing we stayed there 7 night for our honeymoonstaff incredible ready to help with everythingspot of paradise clame and beautiful

a bit far way from the city and you have to pay 100 K IDR to go the cityonly 3 options for the breakfast after 7 nights we had the impression we eat the same everyday no frech juice :(
