Komaneka At Rasa Sayang Ubud Hotel

The hotel is wonderful, the service is as good as it gets anywhere in the world. Breakfast and afternoon tea included. You can use the sister properties as well for spa or pool day if you want a little change.

The menu was varied, when you could eat there three times a day for a week and not have the same thing. The dining staff seemed to anticipate my every need. I had never gone to a hotel tea in my life, and I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings here.

It would’ve been nice if the door locked itself when I left the room.

Komaneka at Rasa Sayang Ubud is a beautiful hotel. it's like living in a jungle. The pool was amazing - very instagram worthy. our group of 4 adults got the Two-Bedroom Rooftop Garden Villa - which was two separate rooms with a shared outdoor sitting space and main entrance. The rooms and bathrooms are massive. The AC was strong. It rained heavily one of the days which flooded the living room in the master room, but the staff was extremely helpful in cleaning and blocking the water immediately. The breakfast was pretty good and extensive. The staff was extremely helpful with our requests for extra toilet paper, towels, etc. We also arranged for a car pickup and drop off service from/to the airport. The prices were reasonable and we used the same driver for our day trip as well. The location of this hotel was also good, walkable to Ubud city center and Monkey Forest. Our stay was comfortable and we would love to stay here again

The staff were a little too friendly at times, asking us a lot of questions whenever we left the hotel for our activities. I appreciate the kindness.

First rooms we were put in had a view of a cement wall- but the staff were able to get us into rooms with better views We were very grateful for that

the sound insulation between the rooms was very poor, as noise traveled easily from one room to another. Also, the food was quite disappointing; neither the breakfast, dinner, nor room service met our expectations.

Rooms are fantastic and really big with big bathrooms, lovely large window going along the whole length of the room letting in lots of natural daylight.

Would have preferred more made to order options for breakfast with it being a relatively small hotel this should be possible.

Location is perfect in the center of Ubud but tucked in so no noise from the road. Rooms are big, bed is huge and super comfy. Staff are the highlight of the place, 10/10!

Excellent location in the center of Ubud. Close to many restaurants and supermarkets. The Team at the hotel is the sweetest.

The staff made us feel like it was a second home. The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant overlooking the pool was so peaceful. It was well located on Monkey Forrest road, yet when in the resort, it felt like you were in a very private, quiet place.

Light for the toilet separate from Bathroom would have been good, but not a big deal. The pillows were a little bit hard but otherwise extremely comfortable bed.

The staff went over and beyond to make us feel very special and welcome in every way.The room was large and beautifully presented and so practical yet luxurious. A separate toilet light would have been handy for us old folks that need to go in the middle of the night. Having said that it is very minor.

Absolutely nothing. Even monkeys pinching bananas off the breakfast buffet was entertaining if not annoying for staff.

We loved our stay at Komaneka Rasa Sayang. The staff is very friendly and ready to pamper the guests with everything they need. They really want to please their guests, we felt really well cared for. They listen to every request or question you might have, and they do their best to help you. On one of our tours, my daughter in law mentioned she wanted to try the mangosteen fruit... when we got back to the hotel, the staff came with a basket of mangosteens! The rroms are really spacious, the bathroom is amazing. Everything is super clean. Special thanks to Yoga, Tari, Dian, April, Yuli, Yumi, Ayusri and Onyek. They offered us a wonderful experience with delicious food. And thanks to Juhen, Gede, Indah and Agus from the front desk. They were very helpful and nice. We definitely want to come back!

It’s a beautiful hotel. Our Villa was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us by name. The hotel is very calm and peaceful.I enjoyed the yoga classes.

Almost everything, the restaurant staff were excellent very attentive.The mattress on my bed needs updating as I got up every morning with a back ache , not comfortable at all very hard needs to be a whole lot softer

Perfectly located right in the centre of Ubud with welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Very large modern rooms with everything you need, even things you didn’t know you needed plus the whole hotel smells just divine as soon as you walk in. There are thoughtful inclusions such as complimentary in room snacks, lovely robes and in room shoes, afternoon tea, yoga, other activities. Huge TV with lots of channels also can sign in with your Netflix, power adapter provided if you didn’t bring one etc. We had 2 rooms interconnected via balcony, we were even blessed to see a couple monkeys go past our rooms one afternoon and out on the street in front of hotel! Pool and restaurant overlook a river and lush green outlook, it’s just beautiful.

Hotel breakfast and room service food was good quality food, well presented but just not as we expected in taste. Breakfast was same each day with limited variety and we found it a little unappetising by day 2. Other minors - we found bed mattresses hard noting it had a mattress topper on already. Our view out the balcony window on 2nd floor was a concrete wall with a temporary fence in front. Pool could use a safety rail on steps as I caught my foot on side a couple times off the edge into the depths painfully - note also if travelling with kids it’s same depth in the pool height all over (very deep).

Location was great! The scenery gives a sense of being away from the centre with the beautiful trees but you are literally in the centre of town - walking distance to everything.

Very good location and nice room. The hotel staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast area is a nice environment and nice food, they played the music makes you feel relaxed. They offered you insects repellent for you, it made by 100% natural.

Sometimes can hear monkeys run on the top of the roof.
