We like everything especially the infinity pool next to the rice field!! Amazing!

We love the property so much because of the nature , views , fresh air and clean.

I have no complaints. But I found a hair in the food.

The property did not provide the services listed in the booking. The receptionist and the manager were rude and non cooperative and refused the services they were supposed to provide. They did not look for a resolution and straight up blamed it on booking.com. 1000% not recommend

Very comfortable! Everything was so neat and well-decorated. The staff were so friendly, as well! I enjoyed the live music at the restaurant.

The breakfast is nice, comfy bed, and the deluxe rooms facing the garden are nice and peaceful, the rooms by the reception are noisy and close to the main road

It could have been a perfect stay, but there was an incident on my last night and I needed to go to the emerceny room , the following day I asked to extend my stay and spoke to the manager for flexibility on a room with a bath because my foot was injured, the staff were great, the manager showed 0 willingness to help or be flexible after me staying with the hotel for a full week.

The property is clean, the small huts are really nice and comfortable, the view to the rice field is nice. The swimming pools are clean and decent size. The staff is polite and helpful.

The restaurant was ok, however a more refined menu would do better in my opinion. The restaurant staff are a bit slow, but very polite and smiley.

I really liked the property. The bungalow is spacious, with a great pool view and even a nice rice field view. It also has Google Play and Netflix which is a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, making my stay even more relaxing

However, the bathroom really needs to be renovated. There were broken pieces on the floor, and the towels were very old and should be replaced. I also didn’t like the lighting — the bright white lights make the place feel like a hospital. Warm lights would create a much more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I felt that some of these details made the stay feel less friendly.

It was te best place we stayed in indonesia. It was a well located and a beautiful hotel, surrounded by rice terraces, very quite and confortable. There are 3 pools and a restaurant inside. The breakfast was a buffet with multiple options.The room was very confortable, with a lot of space, hot water works perfectly and a great internet connection. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A highly recomended place.

View are so amazing which open area with field rice view, pool, fresh air.. Food so yummy, especially they help us for preparing dinner night to celebrate my wedding... Tottally perpect

I like the serenity, the staff is superb helpful.Love the free drinking water , and it is SEALED everyone! Love the particular touch of it??.And I love the gray long bench , and jade green chair! So trendy and stylish!

The door is kinda stuck, and create noisePerhaps in the future , you can provide guests with more signature welcome drink, not only plain tea and or black coffee.

The room is gorgeous clean and the service is amazing, they literally clean my room whenever I go out (sometimes 3 times a day, which I didn’t ask for but I liked)The staff are so nice and helpful, they provided me and even my friend that I met outside with free rides with the motorbikes which I appreciate a lot ❤️

Everything was great seriously

This resort is amazingly beautiful. Set just outside the main town in amongst the most beautiful rice fields, the pools have breathtaking views. The staff are friendly and addressed any issues very promptly. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and tranquil - this is your place. Just remember traffic is truly awful in actual Ubud centre, so bear that in mind in respect of any travel arrangements you have. 10 minute drive to get into monkey rainforest, 1hr 10 to get back to the hotel!

The breakfast is poor. There needs to be a greater selection of fruit (not just watermelon). The pastries were poor, the fruit juice synthetic and there were a lot of other basics missing.

Probably best place for value we stayed at in Indonesia. Amazing location, staff and room!

The location and the product itself. I came back to this property for the third time in April month purely because the location is quite central and the rooms are quiet around rice fields. It's beautiful to wake up to the rice fields and take a morning stroll. The price point is also good and value for money. The breakfast is quite satiating. Tresna and the team at breakfast were helpful and served with a smile always.

The Front Desk leadership needs to relook at their customer service and warmth. I stayed three times - 0 recognition and 0 warmth extended. I had to beg for a 30 mins late check out till 1230pm..which was still not given, was given 10 mins as charity (seriously I know people would not even ask for those 10 mins late check out). Generally, I just felt the front office leader was so mechanical as if we were just room numbers - this unwelcoming attitude has remained with me long after I checked out from Adil. This was after staying in their highest 2 bedroom pool villa as well. I have experienced amazing hospitality across Bali (this was my 6th visit to Bali) except the rudeness I felt at Adil from the front office leader. Go here for the rooms location and view, but don't expect a lot from the team - simple check-in and check out will happen.

Beautiful little hotel. Picturesque location albeit out of the way of the busy roads. Not a lot around you except beautiful scenery Taxi available Clean good size rooms. Excellent value. Very comfortable bed in a beautiful room with pool access overlooking the rice fields listening to the birds Excellent staff as always

It was perfect for a short stay 3 nights

The breakfast was good every morning, the staff was friendly and pickup at airport was well arranged.

I booked the accommodation in February for a stay in April. I contacted the accommodation as myself and family members have a wheat allergy and they said they would accommodate us. When we got to the breakfast they could only provide eggs, fruit and rice. They accommodation does not have an iron either so be prepared when packing.

Is quite ambient and feel like home

From the bathroom toilet or the zink is always coming bed smell, the House keeping was coming but they just put the spray on it but after the smell is still there , mybe the smell coming from the canal/ under ground
