Arma Museum & Resort

Our experience at ARMA Resort was fabulous. The enormous parklike setting was a quiet retreat in the center of Ubud and a cultural experience with rice fields, museums, and balinese-style buildings. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

My stay at ARMA was one of the best parts of my time in Bali. Everyone on staff was thoughtful, kind and helpful, and the grounds and rooms are absolutely beautiful. Also the room was immaculately clean, the location excellent, and the cultural activities really enjoyable. Particular highlights include the well instructed and delicious cooking class and market visit, the evening dance performance and the art museum. I highly recommend ARMA as a place to stay, and also to take part in cultural activities.

The grounds were incredible! Staff were also super helpful, particularly when we got caught out in the rain and got a little lost - we had a lovely team member come to rescue us, complete with warm towels and umbrellas. So kind! Location was fantastic, very easy to walk out and explore Ubud. We only spent one night here, booked mainly as we had booked into a cultural dance performance that night - but wish we'd had more time to spent on the site, exploring the museum and grounds.We did enjoy the afternoon tea at Warung Kopi, and the iced banana latte was divine!

Our deluxe room was good, but we were quite disappointed with the bathroom - the shower had almost non-existent pressure, and barely lukewarm water, which we didn't realise until we went to shower before departure, so due to time limitations just had to make do. For the price we paid, this was a disappointing end to our stay.

Central location yet isolated from the busy road. Loved the restaurants on site, the gardens, the statues. Staff were awesome!

Manicure/Pedicure is not worth the price.

Large nice garden, have several sections & areas, very friendly & helpful staff. Good location, opposite of a good supermarket where we can find everything.

We got a room in a building near busy street, very noisy, hear noises until dawn - yelling, motor bike, car, plus our lousy neighbors - children crying / playing / jumping. Our TV does not work, fixed but later broken again ?.

love everything, love the nature vibes in the natural surrounding, lots of trees, squirrels running around, and there is padi field next to the hotel, wish i could stay longer.

The location was perfect — it was easy to reach every main spot in Ubud within minutes.The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and always ready to help.The resort itself felt like a hidden paradise, full of beauty and peaceful corners to discover every day.

Breakfast options could be a bit more varied for longer stays.

The complementary breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great, a little slow but very attentive when needing something. Overall great experience and wonderful location.

Rooms were a little dark and dated for the price. The grounds of the hotel were breath taking so it makes up for the rooms.

Amazing grounds and facilities. A quiet retreat yet so close to central Ubud.great facilities, pools and gardens including the stunning art gallery. This hotel was one of the highlights of our Bali holiday.

Everything! It is SO beautiful! We stayed 7 days and saw new beauty every day! The staff was exceptional and Jeru at the spa is outstanding in her skill at massage.Eka at restaurant was so kind and helpful, along with everyone else!

Great exterior landscaping facility, warm reception by ownership

I have stayed at the resort on repeated occasions, but this time accommodated in a building, in which the demising wall between two units provides absolutely NO SOUND PROOFING, suffering through a whole sleepless night since the late check-in guests with a double the designed occupancy of four adults would not discontinue loud conversation, Even the ring of the telephone is audible. At check-out the condition was acknowledged but dismissed with the comment "many guests are complaining"

Quiet place even tho near heavy traffic noise, museum, coffee shop, spiritual, Aguna Rai Golden hour tour, beakfast

Minimal options for vegetarian at the restaurant, wooden platform aound side of bed, room needed chairs

Arma is always the best place to stay! I love it always I love the people beautiful room rooms, beautiful experience to understand and learn and appreciate the Balinese culture in pengosekan ubud

Nothing it is perfect

Great Location, Great resort and facilities.Wonderful staff and amazing leisure place.

Functionality wise it could do better in the basin/coffee tra area. We felt it was cramped and congestedThe ceiling leaked after rain (staff were very prompt to fix it).

Good location. The resort looks very good, especially on the outside.Requested a room change and the new room offered (modern villa) was ok.Breakfast good, but it tends to become boring after a couple of days.Helpful and accomodating staff.

The first room offered was not good. Furniture very used, walls dirty, etc. After requesting a new room, it was ok. However, the overall impression is that the resort would benefit from an upgrade in furniture.Expect a few mosquitos in the garden at morning and evening.

Beautiful gardens with statues, ponds, rice fields and terraces.

Can be a little dark when navigating steps back to room upon evening.
