Quite and clean, resources are helpful and friendly.

There was no gym at the resort.

Beautiful and tranquil place where the kind staff makes you feel at home. Delicious food and amazing spa.

Beautifully nested in the jungle with monkeys in front of the window. Very calm, close to city center but feeling far from busy Ubud. Very large and comfortable room.

The entry area (reception/cafe/pool) does not do justice to the overall vibe of the hotel. The bar and rooms are much more nicely designed. Shampoo and shower gel smelled odd.

Such a beautiful, peaceful boutique resort overlooking the lush jungle and only 10 min drive out of Ubud center. The grounds are beautiful, staff are so lovely and accommodating and the premiere room is absolutely stunning! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The location is absolutely stunning. With a room that gives onto the infinity pool, which in turn overlooks the lush valley below, it is a truly unique spot. Friendly staff, quiet location, off a pretty street. What a spot.

Unfortunately they were doing some quite serious structural upgrades to the wall outside our room, but it wasn’t an intrusion, just had to be a little mindful walking to the room. Work didn’t start till 9 and finished at 5 and was hardly notable when sitting outside by the pool. The staff were very kind about it, and insisted if we were disturbed, they would pause work until we went out. This was never necessary.

Wonderful place. a real hidden paradise. 17 minutes from loud, overcrowded Ubud. Beautiful greenery, infinity pool with a view of the gorge. Large room with a view of the valley. large comfortable beds with nice bedding. Tasty and plentiful breakfasts, possibility of choosing many dishes. Very tasty and beautiful looking main courses or desserts. Wonderful staff!!!. Always smiling, willing to help. Friendly and professional. We had an anniversary, we were surprised with a beautifully decorated room. For birthdays similarly with a cake, candles and singing Happy Birthday. I recommend to all who want to relax in greenery, silence and wonderful surroundings.

Our honeymoon stay at this property was unforgettable. The breathtaking forest views and private pool created a serene, romantic atmosphere. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, and the delicious, varied breakfasts started each day perfectly. Most of all, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly special. I highly recommend this property for a memorable and relaxing getaway, especially for couples celebrating a special occasion!

The entrance to the hotel made it very hard for drivers to come in because it was too small , but that did not affect us in anyway

It’s a pretty place, staff is very kind and helpful. Massages were lovely as was the food.

It’s not close to the centre, and their shuttle is not exactly convenient. It only works between 10-5 and once in an hour or two. It feels a bit a dead especially at night because they don’t have any activities and they can’t organize any transport.

We had a very nice experience at The Hidden Paradise, everything was perfect. We’ve enjoyed every single moment, a big thanks to Yogam, Ode and Dwi for the amazing services.

The property is traditional Balinese style, set adjacent to a jungle valley. Our room had an infinity pool and the views were amazing!The breakfast was simple and all the food was really well prepared. Shuttle bus was great for popping into and out of Ubud town where you can find local cultural sites and markets.Staff at the property couldn’t do enough to help us. They were polite, courteous and very friendly. ‘Via’ was especially helpful and very knowledgable in organising activities for us. Thank you so much to everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hidden Paradise Hotel in a premier room for two nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and pampered throughout my stay. The hotel's surroundings are absolutely stunning, immersing you in the beauty of nature, which perfectly complements the exceptional dining options available. The massages were heavenly and added to the overall sense of relaxation and indulgence.This stay truly felt like a slice of heaven on earth. A special thanks to Ode, Watty, and Pupu for their outstanding service and warmth. I can't recommend this place enough!

Friendly staff, private pool in jungle.

Too many caterpillars in the room, not many activities in the hotel.

The stay was perfect in every possible way. The location was perfect, the infinity pool in the room was absolutely beautiful with a view of the jungle and the best part of our stay were the staff. They always went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and always with a smile. It’s a dream stay!

We enjoyed this hotel so much that we booked two extra days. We stayed in the Premiere Suite, the view is fantastic, quiet, and private.The breakfast options are great, but their smoothie bowls are something special. The staff is amazing, possibly one of the best we’ve encountered so far, helping us with a scooter, car rental, and everything we needed.Please keep up the great work!

We had a minor issue with the security guard knocking on our door at 4 AM for about 10 minutes. It scared us a bit, as it was quite unexpected, but we called the receptionist via WhatsApp and she resolved the situation quickly. It turned out to be a misunderstanding — another room had requested toilet paper, and the security guard confused the room numbers.

Lovely place but difficult to get to. Staff are so friendly and the food is lovely. Had a lovely visit from the monkeys which was a high point but no ironing board in the whole place is not the best.

Very magical location. Our room is very private, surrounden by a small garden. The facilities are great. The pool is very pretty and has a wonderful view. The bar is very cozy and aesthetic. The spa is luxurious with the best offers. The staff is very helpful.

The room felt a bit not done with too much empty space in the toilet cabin. The breakfast mie goreng was too mushy.
