The property was beautiful and quiet and the staff were wonderful to us.

The food left a little to be desired at times but overall was good.

The views, the food, the service! Definitely recommend it!

Maybe more daybeds by the pool

Felt really close to the nature, the cliff side view was breathtaking. Pool was amazing too, very respectfull staff. Full 10 on 10 for this stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - loved my stay! The hotel itself was very beautiful with lush gardens and an amazing view. The pool was not busy and there were enough sun loungers and sunbeds for everyone. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty and well priced - excellent quality for the price!

The hotel is a bit far so you need a transportation to go anywhere. However, that is not a problem at all, and not expensive at all.

Everything! Beautiful villa with private swimming pool, whole resort has dreamy atmosphere, you will be surrounded with lush tropical garden, everything is precisely manicured to perfection. It is the most beautiful place we ever visited. And service was absolutely stunning. People working in Pramana Watu Kurung are so nice, very professional but with heart. Food is amazing and restaurant is beautiful, with breathtaking views. We felt very welcomed, our 4 night stay in Pramana was a highlight of our monthly stay in Bali.

The swimming pool area and the stuff. Also the breakfast was good

Some rooms need to be improved, little bit humidity that could be really bad for a long stay

The property was absolutely stunning. The views are incredible and the staff was so so kind. The restaurant food is pretty damn good and you could get so much food at the free breakfast. They really try to anticipate your needs as a guest. We had a really early excursion to Mt. Batur and packed us breakfast boxes to go. They remember your name and really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The only couple things I could say negative is that our room smelled kind of musty, but you stop noticing it after awhile. The pool was also quite cold but felt refreshing if it was hot enough. We also stayed in the Artist Villas which is about a 7 minute walk (or 3 minute buggy ride provided by the hotel) from the main part of the resort. We unfortunately did hear a lot of wild dogs barking late into the night and then roosters crowing at about 5:30/6am every morning. Since we were away from the main part I don’t know if the rooms there had the same issues or not. But overall it was a lovely stay and we loved it. But being some earplugs if you’re sensitive to those kinds of noises!

We stayed 3 nights and love the Pramana vibe it provides. We fully relaxed when we stayed there. The TV supports Netflix and TouTube. Only one restaurant but delicious enough. The floating breakfast was good. And the staff are friendly, trying to keep the room and pool as clean as possible. The spa was also good and relatively cheap in resort hotels. We also experienced canang making and Balinese dance, which was super memorable.

Some sockets for power plug are really hard to use.

everything, the customer service is beyond . they really take customer’ need into account and very professional , flexible and thoughtful . The hotel is beautiful in a traditional way , the site is at a high point that you have grand view of the valley facing sunset .

I really enjoyed this fantastic stay at Ubud…friendly and warm staffs, amazing breakfast and the splendid view from the pool

Location is okay, about 15minutes by car to the central part of Ubud

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged airport transfer and were always quick to assist us if we needed anything. The location was lovely as well, not too far from the city center but not in the center either.

It was quite loud while we were trying to sleep. You can hear your neighbors, roosters at 2am and dogs fighting. Also the pool water was pretty cold which made swimming not as enjoyable sadly!

With the breath-taking setting, exceptionally kind and attentive staff and wonderful sense of true Balinese culture and tradition, Pramana Watu Kurung is a very special place and we’ll never forget it.

At first, I was a little uneasy about how open the bathroom was and worried it would allow creepy crawlies to get into the room, but I soon embraced and it was a central element of the property’s charm.

The hotel is a wonderful place for peace and calm stay, bedded inside beautiful natural area with exceptional views. The staff is very nice, the morning yoga session is a good day start, the breakfast is a set if 5 different choices.

The location is a bit far from UBUD market and active night life

The staff were superb and the location was ideal if you want a quiet, and luxurious stay

Everything was just perfect, villa was clean, staff were super kind and attentive, shuttle services on buggies were on all the time. both pools; the general one and the private one were good and clean .. food was awesome, and restaurant with spectacular view over the pool .. it was 3 days of heaven… definitely will come back again.

Location of the TV was a bit inconvenient for a lay down on the bed and watch something. Safe box was not working but we didn’t ask them about it to be honest. Pool water was extremely cold, better if they fix the temperature.

Very beautiful setting and our bungalow was amazing and very well appointed, food was amazing especially the breakfast. We were greeted with a cold drink and cold cloth, was and is a very special place to relax

Private and public pool were nice and well maintained. The view down the gorge from the platform was impressive.

We didnt like that the room was smelling moldy all the timeSelection of breaksfast isnt great compare to other villas we stayed in BaliToo many russians, out of 5 breakfast tables, 4 of them were with russians. For those who wants to avoid that company, we do not recomend the resort.

* The villas were gorgeous* The private pool was amazing* The staff were extremely helpful and always smiling* The restaurant served excellent value, authentic local food at reasonable prices* The view / location over the river/valley is stunning

* People should be aware that they are staying in a jungle when they book -- if you are afraid of insects or wildlife, this hotel may not be for you* Shuttle service doesn't drive all the way into Ubud due to traffic. Location is a bit remote, which suited us but not suitable for people who want to walk to a different restaurant every night

The staff were friendly and very helpful and always available if anything needed.

The bugs and lizards everywhere.

A magical place even better than the amazing photos suggest. You have to stay here! Staff were also incredibly helpful and kind. Lovely restaurant and the infinity pool while the sun is setting over the jungle is perfect!

It is a bit out of the way (15 mins drive to town) which is why the views are so amazing and they do offer a free shuttle into town a few times each day so not that bad!
