It’s magnificent hotel located on the giant property in the middle of the jungle . Beside of natural jungles , you can enjoy waterfall, spring pool , mountain river in the territory of the hotel . Spacious villa . As well impressed by traditional Balinese carvings used all around the hotel . It’s like you stay in national museum and sanctuary in the same time . The guest relations manager Dewi was very welcoming and took care about comfort of our stay in the best way . Spa is beautiful.

Lush, green, traditional touch in every design with attention to details yet modern and comfortable. The wonderful staff make every individual feel like a royal guest in paradise. They made my stay x100 better!

I regret the Hotel Royal Pita Maha is not like Hotel California, where “you can check-in any time of day, but you can never leave”… It was simply heavenly and I did not want to leave!

Huge and amazing. The staff are the best we can’t recall all the names but we can’t forget Dayu, she was the best and the most supportive ? Sabto, who was so nice also, the photographer who is very professional and got us a great pictures… actually all of them ❤️

We recently had the most spectacular 4 night stay at The Royal Pita Maha! We have been to Ubud many times but this was by far and away the best property we’ve stayed in. Great location and the villas are very well kept and have the most amazing views we’ve ever seen. But by far the most outstanding feature of this property is the incredible hospitality and the staff particularly the manager, Mr Widi as well as Putri, Karina and Nita. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to always engage with my little boy. We did not want to leave and we cannot wait to return!

We stayed in the riverside Villas and they are gorgeous! The pool was larger than expected and just perfect. Breakfast was exceptional with a mindblowing view, lots of great options. Staff was friendly, very attentive and quick to clear table or offer refills. We took advantage of the free yoga class in the morning. The carving class was educational, fun & authentic. We kept the stone carvings. Free shuttle into Ubud was a nice bonus making it convenient to get in and out of town.

It was majestic! Great food (especially french toast during breakfast), great massage, great sceneries, fast and nice service. Perfect for retreat. Special thanks to Manager Made, Mr. Sapta and Ms Ary for treating us so nicely.

Mattress seemed old and can be improved.

It is around 20 football fields in size, and it is built into the side of a steep hill. Get wondrously lost in the winding staircases - and a surprise elevator tower - in the middle of a jungle. And how many other hotels have whitewater rafters paddling their way below your room? Maybe you will step aside as a monkey makes his way to the on-site temple or sacred bathing pool. There is even a family-friendly "lazy river" where the kids can paddle their inflatable raft. There are 75 villas and 365 staff! The owner extends health insurance to up to 3 members of each employee's family - so your stay is helping to support up to 1,000 locals.

Wifi is a bit spotty in some parts of the villa.

Excellent service, the staff were super friendly and helpful, while also assisted me with some concerns. The hotel was so close to the river where I did some work near it, the yoga on the river too was exceptional. It was a great change and happy to do it again.

The stairs, it was a lot, and I mean a lot of stairs. Just make sure you don't forget anything when reaching the lobby if you booked the room near the river.

Everything was great including the amazing villas, the lush green landscape, the natural waterfall right in the front of your room etc. Really enjoyed.....

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the villa design was beautiful, and the nature around the resort was breathtaking.

The room was very spacious and beautiful, with charming details in every corner. The view was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the pool and the river. The service was beyond excellent. I spent most of my time in the room just to enjoy the atmosphere. This place is truly worth it, and I will definitely come back again in the future.

The staff are amazing, spectacular service, the room is very spatial and the pool is dreamy (large with amazing view, and completely private). The hotel is out of this world, memorable!

It was a beautiful night, the place was quiet, the reception was nice and the team was great, as was the manager Widi Arta who saw us off, he was nice and friendly

The food at the property was not good. The variety in the menu was missing. What we did eat for lunch was tasteless. The staff is however good and helpful. The place is clean. The resort is huge with a lot of greenery around.
