The staff, very attentive and all friendly.

The bed, queen size mattress made of two single beds, not very comfortable at the middle.

The butler told us the mini bar had charges when our mini bar was complementary. Not a big deal but I wish he told us the right information. The front desk asked me if I still wanted the mini bar items upon check out and I said yes. No issues there :)

The villa takes a while to get to using buggy. There is no way around it.

Every things were perfect. I love the place. Its like you live in the middle of jungle. The stuff is like your family not like a worker. They always ready to help you at any time.

The service by every staff especially Ngurah the front desk manager, Krisna the assistant manager and the 18 yo staff that serve my villa furing my whole stay. Like it that they provide free laundry service everyday.

Breakfast choices were poor and not much variety day to day.There were lots of small issues with facilities than needed fixing e.g light on the balcony weren't working, pool light was out and couldn't not be fixed. Overall satellite of property was outdated and not as appeared in the promo pictures. Spa prices were overpriced.

My stay at Kupu Kupu Resort had both highlights and areas for improvement.Positives:The view from the resort was absolutely breathtaking, and the staff were consistently amazing and attentive throughout my stay.I appreciated the complimentary fridge, which was a nice touch.The internal transportation speed within the resort was very efficient, making it easy to get around.Areas for Improvement:The 72 steps to the villa were quite exhausting and challenging, particularly for those who might have mobility concerns. The buggies provided felt outdated, raising concerns about their safety.The resort felt overpriced in many aspects. The rafting service offered was double the price compared to other places, and massages were about ten times more expensive than downtown options.The drinking water supply was inadequate, and for a resort of this level, more should be provided as standard.Being very far from downtown and located in the middle of the jungle made it quite isolated, which might not suit all travelers.Unfortunately, the telephone stopped working during rain, which was inconvenient.There was no Netflix account available, limiting entertainment options.The breakfast offered had limited choices and was underwhelming for the price paid.Grass cutting started as early as 8 AM, which was highly disruptive and woke us up earlier than we would have liked.In conclusion, while the staff and natural surroundings were exceptional, the high prices, inconvenient services, and other disturbances detracted from the overall experience. Addressing these issues could significantly improve the guest experience.

They should provide adaptors for 3 head plugs.

Spa was overpriced, so we opted not to get any treatments or massages. It felt very much like a couples resort, but we as a family still had a fabulous time, enjoying the quiet and each other's company. The resort pool didn't have a pool bar... but our private Villa pool had drinks flowing, so it was fine.
