The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was a highlight, a great variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, it was great value for the money, and I would definitely stay here again!

The most peaceful, serene hotel on our tour of Sri Lanka. The staff were very welcoming. The many trees at this hotel makes you feel one with nature. The beautiful pool and spa treatments topped off our tranquil stay.

This was a lovely experience with a perfect setting. All the staff were super friendly, the room was immaculate with a great shower and comfy bed. The spa was a great experience and the food and bar were lovely. Not far to drive to the sigiriya fort.

Everything was luxury, room,food,pooland Spa and even the little shop was quaint and value.

Breakfast:Really, really good! There were heaps of varieties — from authentic Sri Lankan dishes (a great experience for a foreigner to enjoy the culture and flavors) to excellent Western options. Plenty of choices for kids, plus a huge selection of sweets, from fresh fruits to desserts. The live cooking stations were a highlight — chefs prepared multiple dishes right in front of you, keeping everything fresh and adding to the experience.Dinner:The all-inclusive buffet was fantastic, again with a wide variety of food. Just like breakfast, there were live cooking stations where chefs could customize dishes to your taste. The chefs were very friendly — especially Chef Kasun, who is a truly talented professional. He served me multiple times at different stations, and what really stood out was when I asked him to customize a kottu; he made it so well that my kids asked for seconds.Pool:A really nice, family-friendly pool. There’s a dedicated area for toddlers as part of the main pool, and the overhanging trees give it a cool, relaxing vibe. I think the pool could use a bit of minor maintenance as it’s showing some signs of age, but overall, it’s still great.Reception:From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service from the reception team was extremely welcoming. Whether the request was big or small, they ensured everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner. Special mention to Saduni — I had multiple interactions with her, from asking for local information to requesting assistance within the hotel, and she was absolutely outstanding. One small but thoughtful touch came at check-out: the staff gave us a parting gift, which included a bottle of water, a well-made sandwich, and a cupcake — incredibly useful for our onwardjourney.Overall:A wonderful stay with great food, friendly staff, and a truly family-friendly atmosphere. There was nothing I can say. Servics to food to room, felt like a five star hotel experince.

Great location, decent pool and easy to get to a lot of activities in the area

Our a/c was so loud we did not sleep well for 2 nights, staff did not manage to get it fixed and did not manage to get us earplugs. They offered to move to another room, but we did not want to pack all our suitcases again, had to sleep in airpods. Mosquitos are a big problem as well, hotel needs a bit of renovation. Our sliding doors to the outside had a huge gap even when they were locked completely. Some nets in a bathroom were not fitted well. We were on half board - food was ok, but not good for the cost of the stay there, we were expecting better. Overall this stay did not meet our expectations for the value they ask.

So manyanimals, great food and staff and a large pool.Room attendants were excellent in keeping the room clean and nice.We had a discount on a spa package, an hour spa treatment, which is very classy, and we also enjoyedthe herbal tea experience. Great fun, the Sigiriya Jungles is very much a 5-star experience.

We stayed at the Sigiriya Jungles for a night of travelling and staying in various places in Sri Lanka. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sri Lanka but what really did make it special were the Sri Lankan people themselves, and nowhere did this more than at the Sigiriya Jungles. All the staff from those working on the grounds, through cleaners, restaurant staff, to front of house were friendly, helpful and usually happy to engage in conversation. You are made to feel especially welcome when dining at the Main Restaurant, where we enjoyed chatting with the staff.I like watching chefs with their clanging blades making the kotthu or other specials.

This is a resort that everyone should experience at least once in their lives. From the welcome to thedeparture, you will have the best hospitality with a warm welcome. The staff is well-trained to beattentive at all times. A beautiful property full of nature. Warm, relaxing resort.The lady in the reception sorted our WhatsApp, laundry, drinks and every other request. Thanks tothe grounds cleaners are immaculately kept the garden, sweeping from sunrise to sunset and containmany different trees, shrubs and plants as well as animals and birds, well worth taking a closer look at toappreciate.

Rashid at the front desk and Shehani in the restaurant went out of their way, even further than the rest of the staff who were all incredible, to suggest and facilitate plans for my time in the area, and my comfort whilst on site. The location is fantastic, so many attractions such as the wildlife parks and many archaeological sites and tourist attractions are within easy distance, the grounds are incredibly peaceful, the food is great, if you want to have a luxuriously relaxing basecamp which will take the effort out of anything and everything you need to organise, this is the place for you. Enjoy.

The elevator music at reception during certain periods in the afternoon aroused a couple of smirks from myself. I guess it depends on your proclivity to saxophone solos. Other than that tiny personal note, the place is essentially perfect. Truly lovely.

The property is very well situated and near the village but just on the outskirts that it is quiet and peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A big thank you to the receptionists Anuhag and Rshmi,but also each and every waiter. The food at the restaurant was amazing

A special shoutout to Sakura and Rashmi at the reception, whose cheerful attitudes and helpful nature made our stay seamless from check-in to check-out. We also want to sincerely thank Aravindh, Chaimanda, and Anuhas for their incredible hospitality.Another big highlight was meeting Nilan, who took such great care of us during breakfast and dinner. His attention to detail and friendly service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.The resort’s pool area became our little paradise—we spent hours swimming, relaxing, and simply soaking in the serene environment. And we can’t forget to mention their signature mocktail, “Sigiriya Beauty”—it was so refreshing and delicious that we ended up having five in just two days!Everything about our stay, from the stunning surroundings to the exceptional service, was top-notch. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and truly grateful. We would wholeheartedly recommend Sigiriya Jungles Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Sri Lanka—you won’t be disappointed.

We had a really lovely time at Sigiriya Jungles. The pool was very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature—ideal after a warm day of sightseeing. The food was excellent! We especially enjoyed the mix of Sri Lankan and international dishes. Breakfast was always fresh, and one evening they arranged a special outdoor dinner, which we really appreciated. The staff was very kind and paid close attention to our dietary needs. It’s definitely a place we would return to.
