It's been an amazing stay in this small hotel outside of Sigiriya!The hotel property is beautiful and well maintained.The staff was amazing, welcoming and helped with every kind of request as well.The breakfast was served as a set menu with so many options from fruit and continental to Sri Lankan food. The service was exceptional!Sigiriya is a little too far away to walk but it's only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk or car.

Very clean and modern room with our own plunge pool. Staff in the restaurant are excellent. Very friendly and willing to explain the breakfast every day. Different breakfast served every day.

A little bit out of town, so would be difficult without a driver.

The staff are very hospitable and go out of the their way to make you feel comfortable. The pool was lovely after the walks we walked, and the rooms are comfortable. Would recommend. The breakfast had so much variety

Friendly staff who took time to show our children around all the wildlife. The rooms and site are lovely, ponds with fish and frogs; the children enjoyed feeding the fish. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was beautifully presented, delicious and too much for us to eat.

We loved everything! Stayed in a suite with private pool which was amazing. Everything is new and luxurious. The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff take such good care of the property. It is easy to get around and see the attractions and the hotel helps with any requests you have. The breakfast was amazing.

The property was really great! Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was unbelievable (best from all hotels in Sri Lanka)! We got many information about the food what they served.Pool was nice. The room was really nice but a little bit too small.

The price for what you get is a little bit too high. The room rate is high and eating at the property is also pricy...

Beautiful grounds, lovely open restaurant/bar area. The rooms are relatively basic log cabin type rooms.

The room was quite small with no bedside table/seating.

Grounds were sunning and very well kept. Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Sorted transfer both sides of staying (loved our driver) and Tuktuk whilst there.

Lunch wasn’t great, otherwise nothing.

Atha Resort is simply amazing. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the service at breakfast - and food was really good! Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the private pool was so great. The location is close to many sights easily accessible by Tuk Tuk.
