The entire family works tirelessly to create a welcoming and memorable experience, and it shows in every detail.The accommodation was immaculate—comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The property itself is spacious and serene, surrounded by fruit trees and filled with the sounds of nature. Waking up to birds chirping and spotting monkeys in the trees added a magical touch to our mornings.The culinary experience was a highlight. The Sri Lankan breakfast was bursting with authentic flavors, and the Western dishes were equally delicious. Service throughout was outstanding—friendly staff, prompt attention, and a sincere commitment to making guests feel at home. The well-maintained swimming pool was perfect for our children to play in and unwind after a day of exploring.Located just minutes from Sigiriya Rock, Pidurangala Rock, and Minneriya National Park (if you are interested seeing elephants) , this hotel is ideally situated for adventure and relaxation. It’s very reasonably priced and offers incredible value for the quality of experience.We only wish we had stayed a few more days! Whether you're traveling solo or with family, this place is a true gem. We will definitely return on our next trip to Sri Lanka. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stay at Ima Villa!I had an amazing time at Ima Villa! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the villas are spacious and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Worth every penny for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place. Lovely people, they help you with any questions ( transport, safari,) our extra compliments to the people in the kitchen and the girls/ owner/ manager. The food is so good! We eat breakfast, lunch and diner. Instead of in the city less tasty and more expensive. The swimming pool is a bonus!.

Fabulous pool - perfect for cooling off, swimming lengths, and a small baby pool for younger children.Lovely staff and family run business...our children made great friends with the daughter and niece of the owner.Lots of space for our family to walk around, go on swings, go in the treehouse, and relax in the restaurant.Yummy food and drink in the restaurant.The staff helped us organise a brilliant safari to Minneriya National Park, an early morning tuk tuk to Sigiriya Rock, and a car to our next destination.

The rooms are basic, but this is made up by the lovely restaurant, terrace, hammock, and spacious grounds.It's a fairly quiet road, so expect to eat in the restaurant, or hop in a tuk tuk to local restaurants.They're building 4 more rooms, so there was some building work, but it'll be interesting to see this finished in a few months.

From the moment we arrived the amazing staff made us feel welcome and valued. They were always ready to assist with a smile and nothing was ever too much trouble.A big thank you especially to Shanil who was so helpful throughout our stay and even drove us to our hiking spot at 5am! His great English skills also made us stay so easy and convenient. The food was absolutely delicious and a very reasonable price, with a variety of local and western food.The hotel also has a lovely pool that provided the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The grounds were spacious and well-maintained.The only tiny thing that could be improved is perhaps modernising the bathrooms slightly but for the price it didn’t feel like a big issue.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

The room was not so cozy.

Outstanding hotel with comfortable room and pretty gardens. Away from the main tourist area but lovely and relaxing with a stunning new pool, complete with jacuzzi jets! Onsite, open-air restaurant served excellent meals with a choice for the included breakfast of Western or local. Short walk to Pidurangala Rock, which was much cheaper than the main Lion's Rock, but with equally as stunning views. The Manager, Shanil, arranged our elephant safari in Hurulu Eco Park, which was excellent. The staff were really friendly and greeted us with big smiles every day. Thank you ?

We loved everything about Ima Villa. The staff was the best we have experienced in all our travels. The food was delicious and the grounds were beautiful. Our whole family was sad to leave and the kids wanted to stay longer. We would highly recommend booking at Ima Villa.

We are a little family traveling with a one year old Baby and we absolutely loved staying at Ima Villa. The property is very big and beautiful. They have a big pool and a restaurant with nice seating overlooking the property. The staff is so friendly. They are trying to make everything possible for you. The room was very clean and nice. We can recommend that place for everyone but also very much for families with children of all ages. Really nice place!

Breakfast was a lot and really good! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this. Furthermore, the owner of the hotel is so helpful, is always there and can give you a lot of information about your tourney throughout Sri Lanka.

The showers were cold.

Amazing place, looks like the photos. If you're looking for a luxurious room with a super comfortable bed, lots of space, and a great location just book this one. Everything was super clean and the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful.

Nothing, it was perfect

Ima Villa is a fantastic place to relax, eat and plan your jouney. The people are rely kind, and will help you however they can. I would recommend everyone who plans on staying at Ima Villa to check out their Menu. I had the lake fish curry an it was truly delicious! The room was very cosy and the AC was and absolute game changer. Also, if you like it quiet, Ima Villa isn't located in the touristic part of Sigiriya.Try it, and you will love it!

Lots of space inside the room and outside. Children had be able to play in the big garden. With family and child, it's beautiful and relaxing place . The restaurant is great also. We enjoyed very well. Hope to come again!

Everything was Perfect for us

Manager and his dad ( the chef) was nice and helpful .It's location is great, right in the jungle, quite peaceful.They have a kind of a rooftop above the room , which is open, so you can go up and enjoy the sounds of the forest. Their restaurant has a great vibe, especially at night with the lights on the upper floor.

We had tiny gecco in our room during our stay, and sometimes we woke up for its beeping in the middle of the night :D so probably a mosquito net would be a good addition.
