The floor was visibly dirty, the bed sheets had stains, and the air conditioner was broken, making the room uncomfortably hot. When I brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they were unhelpful and did not offer any solutions. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with both the condition of the room and the service. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

There’s nothing special about this property. Operated by reputed hotel chain ‘Jetwing’ in SL. But they fail to provide even basic amenities. No one gets water in the room and we had to buy them separately from the cafe. We’ve been to budget range hotels before and at least they provide all basic amenities. (We’ve chosen this because of the name Jetwing as we’ve been to many Jetwing hotels before. But never had a experience like this)We wanted to use the pool but it wasn’t that clean. Don’t get fooled by the photos. The property doesn’t maintain standards.

Stayed there in the dormitories for a night and it was worth the price. Easy access to swimming pool from there. The food was delicious for we ordered pizza and kotthu.
