- This hotel is a total mess and misunderstanding. When we checked in, the room smelled of dampness. Since we were told that no one lived there for some time, we decided that we just needed to ventilate. Left the air conditioner on, opened the windows and left. By the way, the air conditioner is all dusty and very old, I have not seen such anywhere else. Returning, the smell did not disappear, and when the windows were closed, the stench became very, very strong. There were no staff at the hotel at that time. It was about 4-5 pm. There is no one to ask for help. Only a guard who does not speak a word of English and does not understand anything. We thought that maybe it was the pillows and removed them from the room, it became a little easier, but it didn’t go away. In general, all evening we tried to do something with the smell, in vain. Closer to the night, I realized that it smelled not so much of damp as of mold, and I found how green spots of mold were visible through pieces of new paint on the walls. My son is allergic to mold. The hotel management did not answer the phone either. We contacted booking and solved the problem with them. I had to sleep with the window open, otherwise the smell was unbearable, and even I started sneezing right away, it was generally dangerous for my son, in the morning everyone was bitten by mosquitoes. There was a mosquito net in the room, but there was nowhere to attach it, alas. About the repair: plaster is pouring from the ceiling on the head, the chair was broken, everything that could rust was rusted. The mold that they tried to cover up by spotting it with a new coat of paint. There is a pool, but dirty, you don’t want to climb into this at all. Well, the lack of staff is also so-so. In general, if this room cost $ 10-15, then I would have expected this, but for $ 80 I expect more, and I think renting rooms in this condition is simply impudent. I highly do not recommend this hotel!
