Food, room and all staff members very good service

Very nice property, with a beautiful swimming pool. Walking distance from the beach and a lot of surrounding restaurants. Staff was very helpful and made us feel welcomed.

Staff is Very friendly.

T.V. is not working, room telephone is not working, cockroaches everywhere. Bad smell from the bathroom. There is another door connected with other room.

Comfy beds, kids enjoyed the pool

Very poor cleanliness, stains on curtains, walls and floors. Cigarette ends on patio, damaged chairs.The staff were very pleasant, but the hotel felt dirty and tired.

Nice hotel but needs a little bit more of care. The staff was really kind. Music unfortunately loud to the near hotels until 10pm but we had fun dancing on the terrasse. If we wanted an early night sleep that will have been difficult. I was afraid in the beginning as they were not so good review but we felt good in the hotel and the room was really confortable. 5 min walking to the beach. But not a beach to swim directly. I recommend to go to the rstaurant La buranella near the hotel. Sweet family there!

We only stayed here for one night during our tour of Sri Lanka but we wished we could have stayed for longer. The rooms are lovely, very tranquil and with pool view. The food was excellent and there was lots to do from and around the hotel. Specially The Madiha Surfing point. The only resort that is closest to Madiha surfing point is Nildiya beach resort.We want to thankful to the hotel staff, that they have made our stay very well.

Breakfast was ok. They gave what we requested with a good portion.

Pool could be more cleaner

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Clean and spacious rooms will all essential amenities. The family suites are a rare find which is not normally offered in other hotels in the area. Our family of four had a very comfortable stay here.

Location was good. Easy access from the Galle road. Walking distance to the beach. Room was clean. Bathroom with Toiletries and good water pressure. AC was good.

They didn't able to provide the room towels until the night. We had to wait until then to take shower. Also they did only provide just two sugar packets and tea packets for the whole two night I spent. Bottled water only for the first day, and didn't get any water for my second day. There weren't any TV channels in the TV.

Staff is marvellous, specially the front office guy Kasun, who is always ready to fulfil customers' needs with a smile face. Food is also nice and tasty

Great location m as it is close to the Doctor’s House and we were going there for Saturday night party. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean.

There was a party outside my bedroom both mornings at 7am. People were telling and laughing and playing extremely loud music. I am presuming it was the staff as I didn’t see any other tourists staying at the hotel in my 2 nights there. But you get what you pay for. It was cheap!

The rooms were freezing cold & crisp, which is perfect in Sri Lanka. Staff were friendly.

The pool was disgusting and unusable, which for many is a main factor when booking a hotel in Sri Lanka.

Nice pool, close to the ocean

No towels available during the 2 night stay, no hot water, moved from deluxe room due to a/c problem into a smaller standard room with no price reduction.Restaurant never seemed to be open when I wanted to eat

Don’t stay here

Mould all over ceiling The room isn’t dark at night because they have clear doors so the hall lights just shine through constantly Mirror hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time Electrical noise wernt off every minute that was very noisy I could hear through my ear plugs The noisiest place I’ve stayed in the 3 weeks I’ve been here. More like a 1 star WiFi doesn’t work.

A disaster, we had 3 rooms booked and when we got there, it was overbooked so we had to go and try to find another accom

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were exceptional and very clean. The bathrooms were spacious and also very clean. The pool is great on a hot day and easily accessible from the downstairs rooms. The menu is very reasonable as well. Overall highly recommended! Looking forward to the next matara visit.
