It was good and place is really near by sea walking distance to everything it’s in middle of the town

Water in the washrooms and water pressure is not really good in the sink also when I open the shower it only the hot water available which is not good I had to take shower with bum shower ?

Everyone there was very kind and welcoming.The rooms are comfortable and spacious.The location is great - around a 5-10 min walk to Mirissa beach.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and smelled good, the bathroom was nice.

It may be too hot for some people without the AC, but for me the fan was just enough and I had no problems

Huge rooms, nice shower, super comfy beds, small balcony with trees around and two peacocks in the vicinity to wake you up at 6.30 every morning. That was more than enough for us.

Very comfy bed, clean/new apartment with good size and balcony to stretch. Just 100m from main road but still quiet at night. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location

- doors to balcony had huge gaps when closed, allowing lots of mosquitos into the room in the evening and night. - ants in the room.- no room service. We had to ask them to clean our room as we were staying for 7 nights and it became very sandy. They sweep the floor of the bedroom but did not clean bathroom, did not give new towels and did not replace bedding despite advertising on booking.com that they offer room service. - not very friendly man who runs it, felt like a burden the whole time. - at the end when we checked out they tried to blame us for some staining on a wooden desk. Tried to say we owe them lots of money for the desk. The stains had been covered by a tray during our whole stay (which had been conveniently removed when they accused us). I made them fetch the tray which showed the tray was causing the staining - trying to scam us?

Location was perfect. Family are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We didn't sleep much due to the noise from the restaurant next-door to us.

The room was so crisp and white and clean.. it had a kettle, which is always a plus. It was a short walk to the beach. Mirissa is a really nice beach and has lots of nice restaurants.All the staff were very helpful too and allowed me to check in early as i wasn't feeling very well. I'd really recommend staying here. The room also had a fan and air conditioning. It was also very close to an exceptional breakfast and brunch place called Extreme Cafe..

People are really nice, location is perfect, room is clean.

The bed was really old and make a big noise with every move so during the night is not good and ut wake up everybody else if you turn or move a little bit.

Water preasure was low in my room, although they said they repairing it... so it should be done by now... room was humid during the day

Suwa Arana was up a street from the main road which I appreciated for the quiet it offered. I stayed in a new, very clean room towards the back of the property which was a good size with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The family which managed the place were very friendly and helpful. After a couple of weeks of travelling, I was happy they offered laundry services for a reasonable price. The place was easy to find. There were also me good place to eat nearby for breakfast or dinner and I could easily walk to the beach from there.

I liked everything.

The room was amazing with a private balcony perfect for watching the monkeys and hearing nature. So close to the beach, family were amazing so helpful.

Tea and coffee in the room would be nice/ a breakfast option but still loved it and would definitely stay again!!
