The rooms are very clean and the smell is amazing. The breakfast is 100% - they serve the best breakfast. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

We loved our time here! The breakfast was AMAZING! And Sri was the so friendly and welcoming, taking time to talk to all the guests and learn their names. He really made the experience special. Location was super convenient for all the sites and restaurants being a short walk away.

The shower could have been better and water temperature a bit more consistent but it was a minor complaint.

Awesome staff. They are caring and make you feel at home as soon as you arrive.

During heavy rain, the property and the road outside floods quickly. We had issue where even our bathroom was flooded, but staff was more than helpful to sort out the situation, suggest alternates and take full ownership of problem.

Perfect stay in Mirissa! Very clean, spacious, and modern rooms in a very good location. Big plus to the super friendly and helpful staff, plus the included breakfast was plenty and tasty. Highly recommend!

The location was great - close to everything but still peaceful. The staff were really lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast was genuinely good every morning. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Another nice touch is the discount you get at their Italian restaurant in town, which was delicious and definitely worth visiting.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak at times.

Everything. The location was nice, close to beach and town. Located in the alley, so you can have a quiet stay if you want. The interior design was super cute and modern, with a nice and spacious balcony. It was the most cleanest and best accommodation in my 18 days travel in Sri Lanka. The team were amazing and welcoming. The breakfast is a must-try. They changed menu everyday with 3 types of options! I enjoyed a lot staying with Oltremare. Most importantly, I felt safe for the first 2 days when it was by myself as a female travelers.

It’s a really nice property with even nicer staff!! The room has a lot of space and is comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing!

The bed and the cushion was a bit hard. But anything else very good

The staff, room decoration, and breakfast were all magnificent.

The room is clean and spacious and I liked that we had a full length mirror. Breakfast was very good and the manager, Sri, is super friendly and welcoming.

Lovely place where I spent one night and would definitely recommend.The room was spacious, beautifully detailed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the comforts. The bed was truly comfortable!The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, offering fresh, high-quality products, perfect to start the day off right.

The staff were beyond fantastic. They were so accommodating and kind. They allowed us to check in earlier and check out later which was an enormous help for us. Nothing was ever too hard for them and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable and happy with their excellent service. The accommodation was close to everything you need; beaches, restaurants, etc. The breakfast was so delicious and it was quite fun getting the new menu sent out the day before; a little surprise everyday of the trip. I whole heartedly recommend the kind people at Oltremare and would certainly stay again.

We absolutely loved Oltremare!The room was great, super clean, well decorated and the bathroom too.The terrace was super big, wifi worked very well.The hosts were great, giving recommendations and tips about Mirissa.Breakfast was very nice and tasty, definitely would love to go back!

This hotel was by far my favorite during my trip to Sri Lanka. The room is beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need, all while being spotlessly clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. They even helped me arrange a transfer to another city at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Mirissa, with many restaurants, cafés, and the beach just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit!

The hotel is located in a quiet road, a short walk away from the beach and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice - served in the garden. Enjoyed watching the wildlife. Very comfortable large bed: good WiFi. We enjoyed our stay
