Adding an insect screen to the bathroom window would make a huge difference. The issue with the wiring/switches needs to be addressed ?

Loved the location of the property. It's right on the beach, there's an outdoor area where you can relax and eat while enjoying the beautiful waves. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable.

I would've appreciated blankets in the room. All they had were thin sheets, which wasn't enough. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. Breakfast was quite mediocre. Their menu is good and diverse, especially for vegetarians, but it's on the expensive side.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the room to the overall tidiness of the place, was impeccable.The breakfast was absolutely delicious and made my mornings even more enjoyable. The lovely vibe throughout the hotel added to the overall experience, making it feel like a truly relaxing and pleasant stay.I would definitely choose to stay here again, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable place to stay.

There’s nothing to complain about, everything was good. However, I would suggest offering some food and beverage packages exclusively for locals. If these are not included on the menu, foreigners won’t ask or order from it. The caretaker could then inform them that these packages are available only for locals. This way, we can definitely say that the trip is complete with an affordable meal.

Restaurant and staff were very good and they are very friendly . Rook was a bit old but there were all the facilities.We enjoyed it a lot, and it is recommended.

The beach location is exceptional - best!

Room was great but needed tiny maintenance -:easy to fix stuff - that changes perception - sink plug broken/ shower head not fastened, stain on bedspread-:basic stuff easy to fix- lazy prep. 1st impressions count!

The place was nice and all met our expectation, they were nice to give us the rooms a little early since we got there around 11..

only thing i would say that i wasn't too happy about was i wanted to get another room and stay longer the next day... but i was informed for every 2 hours it is about 5k per room.. that is a little high ... i would really like it if the management can view these on a case by case situation ( in my case i had 4 rooms wanted 1 more .. so at least charge about 5k and say we can use perhaps 3 for the late check out.. end of the day we were going to get lunch etc from the same place so it would be more income to the establishment.

The hotel is situated right on the beach. Staff is very nice. We spent really chill time over there. This is the small hotel with the unique atmosphere. We had a nice big room with the sea view.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is right on the beach, and we could see the sea directly from our room – such a beautiful view. The hotel provided sunbeds and towels, which was super convenient. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to communicate. One of the highlights was the free cocktail offered every evening between 6 and 7 PM – such a great touch!

Location is great on the main road and have direct access to beach. Room is big but not really clean a lot of ants . In the toilet Missing toiletries. Breakfast was fine many options

Very welcoming atmosphere. Walk out of the room and you are on a beach. They provided us with beach towels and helped us with everything we needed.

wifi range was not in the room. It worked only outside.

We stayed for three days, and during that time, they could have changed the towels and cleaned the room, as it was full of sand from the beach.

The location was great ,right on the beach with restaurants close by. The front receptions staff were very nice and friendly.

The hotel was listed as 4 star and they really struggled to make a 2 star, with no tv, telephone , or lift to the 3rd floor, or pool for the hot conditions and the aircon was noisy and really struggled to cool the room. The state of the hotel rooms were very poor and neglected and this showed in the upkeep an cleanliness Also the breakfast was very basic and definitely not of 4 star quality . And the booming noise from multiple beach bars sometimes till 2.30 in the morning made for a most unpleasant stay we left a day early and lost a 150 dollars for that wasted night. The internet was frustratingly slow to non-existent

Clean, comfortable rooms with a great balcony. Direct access to the beach, although our room did not have sea view (but also wasn't advertised as such so no problem with that). Friendly and helpful staff, decent bar/restaurant.

The only complaint is that my laundry wasn't delivered the next day (as agreed) but only the day after that, so if you're only planning an overnight stay I wouldn't necessarily rely on their laundry service. Otherwise no complaints.

Central location for Parrot Rock, Coconut Tree Hill and Secret Beach. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

Great location , right in the middle of Mirissa Beach.The room was pretty basic , no TVStaff was helpful and cheerful. The restaurant that attached to the hotel was really good, it has open kitchen and the food preparation was outstanding.Hotel accepts only cash !!! Restaurant accepts cards only for dinner.Confusing bit .. hotel has the 4star rating in booking.com, it is not ..
