It was not was expected for us so we did not stay at this location.

Not on the beach side. Not a resort type location

Great location close to coconut beach. A bit further from the restaurants but easy walking distance. Beds were good too and large room.

The pool is at the back of the property surrounded by plants, making it a mosquito area and there is no service for drinks there.. not so nice for us to relax and swim. Also communication could have been much better. We were there with Xmas and they didn’t inform us about activities. Also it wasn’t clear we had to put the card outside of the door for the room to be cleaned. Check out took very long.. Breakfast is every day the same.

The hotel is close to the beach, and across is the Coconut Hill. The pool was great and rooms are spacio. The breakfast was great, and we had many options, including traditional Sri Lankan food. The chef and entire staff were very friendly and helpful.

The wifi was not working in the room and only available at the restaurant and reception area.

We loved our stay here. Great value for money. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Lovely open shared space downstairs with space to relax. Helpful and kind team. Not far from the beach and a quick tuk tuk if you prefer. Highly recommend!

Great, clean hotel in a good location very near Coconut Tree Hill and a small quiet beach.Good view from our room with a balcony.Breakfast was very good, a buffet with lots of choices.Lovely swimming pool around the back of the hotel.Staff were friendly and polite, and especially Hasi the manager who was very helpful.They had just opened a new rooftop bar, which is huge and looks amazing.

Nothing not to like

The stay at the hotel was perfect. The staff is very caring and attentive, always ready to help. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. I would like to mention the restaurant at the hotel. Tuna steak was amazing, so tasty we have not eaten anywhere in Sri Lanka, served wonderful very high quality coffee. Comfortably equipped, spacious and clean rooms, beautiful bathroom. A special love is the pool area. There are flowers and bushes blooming around, birds singing, the water in the pool is clean and warm, there is a shower and towels, you can take drinks to the pool, thought out areas with shade to avoid getting burned. We fell in love with the place and the people and dream of coming back here again with friends to show them this wonderful place.

The hotel is situated across the street from a small beach access, and about 15min walk from the main beach. The lobby and restaurant are GORGEOUS, and the food is pretty good, especially for the price. The pool is beautiful and so lovely to use, we almost didn't need to go to the beach.The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They are renovating and updating rooms - the new rooms are incredibly nice.Finally, the staff were amazing - they constantly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. When we got into our room, we were getting settled and before we even noticed, the staff came in to tell us they were concerned that they'd heard an odd noise from the AC - they immediately upgraded our room and had a repair person out.Truly a lovely stay, on par with many of the much more expensive luxury resorts we saw. They're working on adding a rooftop and expanded facilities, and we definitely want to return to see what they do!

Water pressure was ok, but pretty standard for this area. Some ants and tons of mosquitoes outdoors, but again, par for the course.

Nice place very closed to the beaches in Mirissa ,5£3 staff was cozy and the front desks management really helpful.

Great location for exploring the area. Reception/restaurant area is very green and pretty. Pool area is nice as surrounded by trees.

Room was basic but very spacious. Staff were responsive in sorting out a toilet that wasn’t flushing.

We got our room around 4pm but that is okay I guess since they apologized and the breakfast can be improved because staff is not adding things as soon as items are gone. They take lot of time to fill the finished food items.

Good location, big room, big lobby. Very comfortable big bed! We were allowed for late checkin without additional payment.

Photos in the booking ad are misleading. We thought we would be getting different room with better view.Might be noisy at night if people from other room is using AC.

We forgot a few brand new toiletries at the hotel and when we called to ask if we can collect them, they had thrown away our stuff!

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool is also quite nice.

The hotel is a little tired and needs some TLC, we had to ask for a fridge in our room, also for the mosquito net to be changed. I feel it’s expensive for what you get.

Lovely stay here. The room was clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable with a clean mosquito net around it. Big shower separate from the rest of the bathroom so no issues with the floor getting wet. Breakfast was good as well. Really nice location, would recommend sunset bar across the road at the beach right beside coconut tree hill. Lovely sunset from there. Lots of tuktuks outside the hotel if you want to go to mirissa beach or more into town but it is walkable.

Pool wasn't as nice as in the photos. Some of the beds were a bit worn and the pool didn't look very clean. We spent our time at the beach so not a huge issue.

All areas clean and tidy. All staff friendly and helpful. Set back from road and elivated from road so less noise. Pool set in great environment. Pool tables and games to keep occupied. Food was delicious.

Lovely restaurant with well-priced, varied menu. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, and eggs to order. Comfortable bedroom with a lovely balcony overlooking Coconut Hill Rock and the sea beyond. Nice swimming pool surrounded by jungle, and visited by families of monkeys at dusk! Pool table, football table, games, small library, comfortable public area. An easy 15 minute walk to the nearest beach and the main town, other cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as two Buddhist temples, very interesting to visit. Highly recommended, we will definitely return!
