Salt Mirissa

Awful

The facility is under construction and pictures are not representing the reality. There is even no proper place to seat, eat and drink. We had a serious issue with the volume of the music. Although loud music is allowed until 10 pm, they continued until 12:15 during the our stayed although i called multiple times and begin them to stop or lower the volume. Selling a few beverage is more important than the law and your comfort. This facility and their mentality does not deserve their fee and rating. I will never go there again.

Worse place that you can ever stay!!!Super dirty there was lizards and cockroaches was in the room and they were giant management didn’t care when we found giant cockroach in the room they took 20 min to reach to dream and they were not supporting.

Very friendly staff and Salt is right on the beach. On our future visits to Mirissa, Salt is our preferred place.

The beach was nice.

The rooms were very old. The towels are not clean, they are all stained. The beach was nice. The hotel staff was good but the restaurant staff was very bad. The service is very late, the food is very bad. The room was very big but we were already 2 people. For this money this hotel was very bad. I definitely do not recommend it.

Great location right on the beach. Awesome breakfast included in room price; about 4 courses ! Staff wonderful in the check in area.

Lovely stay - great location, great staff and decent breakfast. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper though!

Right on the beach. Great staff. Great food at the restaurant. Spacious and clean room. Easy access to stores, coffee shops and atms.

Small things. TV didn’t work but I guess no one comes to Mirissa to watch tv :). Bathroom could have had space for toiletries. Again a small thing.

Nice location, right at the beach. The breakfast was also very good. The beds are comfortable.

It’s not something they can do anything about, but we were woken up from outside noise every morning around 6 am.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made our room beautiful for us. It is super clean, lovely and spacious and you couldn't have a better location right on the beach. Restaurant and drinks prices are about what you'd expect for the places along the beachfront. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as well.

Nothing in particular that springs to mind. Everything was very easy and smooth during our stay. Great communication too.

Location cannot be beaten. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was well presented and reasonable price compared to other beachfront properties, with a wide choice.Beds were comfortable and well air-conditioned.

Room decor is a bit tired and in need of redecoration, linens and towels probably due replacement. As per other reviews, the area is lively at night so light sleepers would benefit from earplugs (we knew this before anyway) but it's the trade off for being right on the beautiful beach.

The location of this place is excellent and the staff are super nice and accommodating. The staff in both hotel and restaurant were great.So close to everything meant we really were a stones throw away from a beautiful beach and access to the restaurants around the centre too. We were able to check in super early which was really good. The bed was so comfy and really good strong AC.

The bathroom did smell quite a bit. We stayed only two nights and this was enough as it didn’t feel super clean here. It was fine enough in the room but the bathroom was quite mouldy. However, staff do their best. The decor is a bit dated and you can hear a bit of noise from outside / neighbouring rooms. There’s an open vent in the bathroom for example so you can hear outside noise but at night time this was rarely a problem.

Not bad.. but under our estimation & expensive.. $60-70 no more.. even in the breakfast we have been charged for the water in the breakfast… but they have good food & good location near from coconut hill - room size & balcony are nice.It has private beach .

Expensive.. staff is not smiling.. just the reception girl & bar boy (Adel).. just two towels.. the furniture is a bit old .. not like photos.Also they gave us room 4 (the worst room) in front of reception.No sea view.

The location next to the beach is definitely the selling point of these rooms. The staff and food at the restaurant were nice.

The showers were cold. The bathroom smelt. There is no view. The patio area didn’t feel like a nice place to sit out.

Great location, comfy room - food fantastic.

It was such a great location for us! It was metres from the beach and we had sunbeds everyday. The breakfast was so good also. The room was cleaned everyday for us and we had a little terrace outside also. It was private despite being so close to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The service was slow at times. I think mainly because there wasn't enough staff maybe. But the food and drinks were amazing.
