The view and location are good.The room was spacious and clean.The staff is globally friendly.

The bathroom in the room looks old but it was clean.They charge to use the swimming pool. This is the first time I see that for an hotel pool.

Enjoyed the large room facing the bay. Clean and comfy. Breakfast spread was good and delicious. Outdoor onsen with reclining deck chair facing the bay was nice to enjoy the breeze and view.

Kept the balcony door opened and was bitten by mosquitos :(

Hotel is in a really gorgeous area. Our room overlooked the beach so the view was perfect. We visited here during the winter, but enjoying the balcony during the warmer months seems like it would be a real treat.

Stayed for Mother in laws Birthday with family. 5 rooms - 11 adults 3 children. Rooms were of big size. All rooms had a balcony had a view of the sea and islands. The dinner was delicious from the Japanese set menu. The buffet breakfast was also delicious. I heard the onsen was great from family too.We all had a wonderful time and would stay again.

The rooms seem to be warm. Didnt think the rooms had aircon.

Breakfast was varied and plenty full.

The room was basic, kettle but no mugs or spoon, there was green tea with cups both if your not a green tea drinker, then what?AirCon was old and could not cool the room sufficiently.The outdoor pool was closed for most of the stay due to wind, cannot understand why, it was not actually Typhoon period just windy. Was not advised the pool indoor / outdoor was extra cost and had to pay for swim hat, not good.

Both indoor and outdoor pools were closed without any notice.Also other facilities were closed.One one restaurant of 4 were available and that closed early.

Great location and amazing view! The room was very clean and spacious but the beds were too close to the floor. Patio was wonderful and I really enjoyed the picnic table as well as the tatami mat room. Will definitely stay here again.

I wish the beds were not so low and close to the floor but they were comfortable. I don’t know why they charge to use the pool…it should be included with the price.

Really close to the beach and nice spacious room. The onsen was really nice too. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The decor of the property was very dated. Our room was non-smoking but the stale smell of tobacco was still in there. Also very hard to get to by train and nowhere near any convenience store or other amenities.

The room is clean the view from the balcony is fantastic the staff are accomodating and the morning breakfast is good we are are well relaxed and satisfied

The balcony view is beautiful. The free shuttle bus. If you're going by train there's no taxi and it's too far to walk. So booking the shuttle bus is essential.The staff were really friendly and patient. Thank you for being patient despite the language barrier. It really made my stay enjoyable.I also made a dinner reservation and had kaiseki for dinner. I have food allergies but I was still able to enjoy the course. Breakfast was also nice too. I preferred dinner though. I'd highly recommend bring snacks for the night time because there isn't an option if you feel hungry later.

My room was changed during the night because the toilet was noisy and the AC unit too. It also smelled of smoke. I used the air freshener provided but it didn't really mask the smell.The hotel is old and could be updated. For example new paint, carpets and softer colours to make the room brighter. The dark wooden doors make the room look old and tired.

I like the view and sea it's relaxing.

I don't like the tatami I think it's dangerous.
