Onsen in the hotel, room was extra large, nice city view, close to Tokoname station, excellent breakfast buffet.

Very warm in room, they did provide a fan to help. But the temperature was centrally controlled and was uncomfortably warm.

The staff was super friendly and helpful when I spoke in English and needed to drop off baggage before checking in. The location was super convenient.

Great front desk workers!!

The design and cosmetic of the building, lack of quality over all, and lack of costumer service and materials in each room.

Large room and good location near large shopping mall and airport.

This is not 4 star hotel only 3 star. The front desk guy was rude and lack of service mind compare to other hotels that we stayed. We arrived at the hotel at night 22:00pm and it was raining. We have 5 luggages and several other staffs. He came in front of the building see our group which mostly are elderly woman without help carrying the luggages over the stairs in front of the building. We found out later that there was car parking behind the building which was easier to move all luggages into hotel. He did not tell us and rush us to check-in process so he can finish his jobs. No other guests waiting during that time.

we did not order breakfast but the location was very close to the train station short walking distance to take train to Centair Intl Airport.

Other than the location was awesome, the hotel was super basic. There wasn’t any phone in the room. The phone are located at each level lift lobby. The key is basic key-lock. We selected non-smoking rooms, however we could smell smoke at the corridor. Didn’t manage to try the Common Spa due to time and overcrowded.

The lifts should serve 7-14 instead of 1-14. Since there are lifts already catered for 1-7 already. Morning check out was horrible as the lifts were packed.

The room was relatively comfortable, but the lobby really needs to be spruced up. it felt like we were walking into a very old tired looking hotel with bright white lights and very worn down furniture that we didnt dare to sit on. The staff were not very welcoming instead looks very tentative to serve us. There was the smell of laundry all around the lobby. I did however enjoy the onsenj located in the basement.

The hotel is super close from Tokoname station. Easy to get food at restaurant and konbini as well. The room is clean, neat, and quite spacious. They also have private onsen, with free ice cream, and also massage chair! Super!

Great stopover spot if travelling from Tokyo to Osaka or vice versa by car. The interiors keep the charm of the late 20th century and the rooms felt relatively spacious. The breakfast was reasonable and the amenities provided were adequate. The wifi speed was the fastest I have experienced.

Some of the furnishings are a bit old but adds to the overall charm

Location was great for an overnight stay before catching the morning flight out of Chubu Centrair. It was also located near the Aeon Mall. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we stayed in front of the elevator as the room doors close quietly rather than with a bang like most other hotels. The drawback is that the walls are thin and I had the misfortune of having a noisy neighbor. The room was spacious although a little old.

The breakfast selection was more chinese and the selection wasn't as good as I had expected. The furnishings were a bit old. But otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

10min drive to airport. Big comfortable room. Double Bed comfortable for a good sleep. Hotbath available in B1. Free parking available.
