Comfort Hotel Kariya

The location, price, staff, great breakfast, library, and free umbrellas for temporary use were great!

The room size is way too small for two people to move about comfortably.I get it. Japanese hotel rooms are, indeed, small. But these rooms are tough. It was just the small toom size that I did not like. Otherwise, it's a great hotel.

My only complain is that there’s no onsen! Except for this, everything was excellent. Breakfast is great, and they even have a mini pancake maker! The bedroom is quite spacious and the bed comfortable.

We liked the following: 1. polite staffs; 2. good breakfast; 3. strong water pressure; and 4. good internet connection.

Very convenient location, clean, nice breakfast and amazingly friendly and helpful staff.

It was a 2night stay and no problems at the time.

Good hotel for business trip, near the train station. Rooms are inside the japanese standards. Staff very friendly; they replyed to all my request.

Basic breakfast.

Breakfast and staffs

Air conditioner was so noisy and i had to open window to sleep.

Location and food supply

No flexible staff

Had used this chain of hotels during our trip as quick overnight stays as they were inexpensive. This one was slightly better than the others we stayed in. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and patient considering the language barrier.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location next to the station with a gracious welcome and attentive staff.Car park across the road with a 50% discount.

The buffet was great, the bed comfortable... Honestly everything was great and exactly what I expect from a hotel.

There were no rooms for 4 people. We had to take two rooms with 1 double bed, and that's a bit annoying when taking a family trip.

Hospitable staff.Location near to Kariya StationConvenient stores nearby

Nothing as such

Really friendly staff and perfect English speaking. Breakfast was good and varied. Parking just across the road.

location good, room size and bathroom size terribly small.

ROOM SIZE 7 BATROOM SIZE - TERRIBLE ESPECIALLY FOR TRAVELLERS COMING WITH BIG SUITACSES.Could not get a bigger room also .

Complimentary breakfast was very goodStaff ( names - Kano, ohashi, nakayama, tsuge, Carla aya, housekeepers, kitchen staff) display the Japanese hospitality and politeness to usWe highly recommend promotion and incentives to these people

Toilet door should swing completely 180 degrees to give more roomWater control in the bathroom should have separate from sink so we can use both of in need

The hotel is near the train station, really convenient and also a convenience store also close by. The breakfast was really delicious.

Conveniently located, short walk to Kariya Station. Nearby to convenient store and restaurants. Breakfast was good.

I wish they had a restaurant attached to the property or provided room service. There were several nights where our group came back late and was too tired to eat out, having a restaurant in the hotel or room service would have been greatly appreciated.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and helped us in everything we needed. Overall, amazing experience!

There's nothing I didn't like, Everything was great!

Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has a water vending machine on the 4th and 7th floors. There is a self-laundry room on the 5th floor. There is a free coffee maker in the cafeteria, from 3 pm to 0 am also serving tea.

Check-in time at 15:00 is quite late. My flight arrived at 8am, I was at the hotel at 10am and had to leave my luggage at the reception to go for a walk while waiting for check-in time, my child was quite tired. Also, the breakfast buffet barely changed during my stay.

Very convenient location near the Train Station, Great variety for breakfast, Room size and facilities perfect for short stays

Place , cleanness , breakfast was good

Feel the staff was coldThey try to be polite but , there s no heart on it
