Good layover or late night arrival hotel, just outside the airport terminal and the Meitetsu line into Nagoya central.Room is clean, larger than comparable rooms within the city centre.There is a Familymart downstairs for essentials and food options landside in the airport.

Location is right at the airport. It can't be anymore perfect if you need to stay near the airport. There's a large common area for seatings with free coffee and water inside the hotel. There's also a Family Mart in front of hotel entrance. Very convenient.
We fully recognize and respect the hotel's right to establish standard check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out times. However, we were surprised by the insistence on applying a surcharge for any period prior to 3:00 PM, even when we were verbally informed that both reserved rooms were available.Given that our flight arrived at 7:30 AM and we were planning a very early departure the following day (8:00 AM check-out), the inability to check in just an hour or two earlier felt exceptionally inflexible and negatively impacted our arrival experience.While we understand that this is a written policy, we believe that greater flexibility in these specific situations would significantly enhance the guest experience, particularly for guests reserving multiple rooms and facing significant travel fatigue. We hope this feedback will be considered for future policy application.

Carpet was getting threadbare.
Spacious, clean, huge TV. I was in the pacific building and it was very nice. Staff were kind and helpful. The laundromat and water refillStations were great.
Other guests leaving trolleys in the hallway made walking or bringing your own luggage in difficult. Could hear others sometimes too but mostly quiet. One of my neighbours kept leaving their door ajar and it meant I could hear their family. This isn’t the hotel’s fault. A microwave would have been helpful.
New building,new room, big room and so comfy
Spacious, modern, large TV, comfortable, the refillable water was lovely.
Noisy from other guests, some guests leaving carts in the hall. There was only 1 washing machine for the whole hotel, which seemed like not enough but I was able to do washing so maybe they know best!
