Toyoko Inn Mikawa-anjo-eki Shinkansen Minami-guchi No.2

Room with single double bed was spacious, clean and new. Bed and pillow was comfortable.Hotel parking across the road but need to pay 500yen per night.

Breakfast area was crowded and the spread limited. The Hotel cater to tour group.

The location was good, very close to the station and convenience store. Staffs were very helpful.

The room was small for 2 people.

Very poor

Only 1 pillow and towel provided for 1 room when the booking is made for 2 person per room. Stupid rule that they need to collect extra money. Tokyo inn 2 staffs were rude and hotel smells like smoking house .

A great hotel for its price! The room and bathroom may be small but both are very clean.

The stafff are not so helpful maybe because of the language barrier.

Its so clean, accessible to the restaurant and convinience store, thank you.

I like the spacious room as it was ideal for a solo traveller like me. Free breakfast also saves you the worry every morning. The staffs were also helpful with everything for someone who doesn’t speak their language.

None, everything was perfect.

The place is clean location is good near station and restaurants , staff are kind ???

Registration to machine is a hard for us who doesn’t know how to read kanji but staff are very kind to assist us , it would be helpfull if the machine have english translation

Breakfast was very tasty, very comfortable beds, big rooms, clean, some staff were very friendly.

They charges us extra for the pillows, we booked family of 4 and they asked for payment for 2 more pillows.

Very affordable room with all the basics. Delicious breakfast

Very stiff bed and nearby train station does not have express trains.

Location is Ok, the next door has car park, in fact, they have three car park in the front door. Room is not too small.

The tower needs to pay for it.

Clean room. Reasonable breakfast.

The check in machine is a total failure . Staff Keep directing me to use the machine which is unhelpful to me. First the machine cannot find my name or my booking number . I show my print out to the staff. Yet they keep directing me to the checkin machine. Finally one staff realize I hv problem so she print out a different booking number for me to use it on the check in machine.the booking number went through, but the second problem appears. The machine cannot scan the passport and dispense the room card . It can be quite frustrating spending so much time trying to check in 3 rooms
