Hotel Route Inn Tokoname Ekimae

Upgraded me to Superior Twin Bed.

The front liner didn't guide me to the proper building and checked in to the wrong room

Location is great, a few mins walk from Tokoname station. Tokoname is not exactly close to Nagoya but its close to a huge Aeon mall and close to Nagoya airport and Sky Expo which is super convenient for going to concerts which hold there. Breakfast was good! Quite a lot of choices. Room was clean and staff were super friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Very comfortable business class hotel. Appreciated the Onsen! Minutes away from the train station and a very short walk to the pottery trail. Good breakfast included.

Location breakfast public bath

Great location near the station and Tokoname Pottery Walk. Spacious room with plenty of natural light. Good value. On-site onsen (although didn’t use it). Friendly staff.

The pillows are hard so bring your own if you like a soft one.

Easy access to the train station and therefore the airport. There are two buildings, the second one is newer and nicer.

The location was superb, only five mins to the train station and another ten minutes to the airport. The room was clean and comfy. Best breakfast so far. And thump up for the bathhouse.

Bed and pillow are top notch! Manmade onsen is also great. I love the chargers they provide in the room as well.

I hope the breakfast period can be extended to 9:30 or 10:00.

Good place to stay if flight is in the morning. 10-minute train ride only. View not bad too.

Room was big and very near to train station.There is also a public bath in the hotel for hotel guests to use.

Excellent hotel close to the airport with amazing breakfast (even included!). Best Japanese breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

Breakfast was good. Location so near from airport arriving late almost midnight. Also walking distance to Pottery Footpath to spend an hour before leaving for next destination.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to and from train station, spa facility on site, excellent breakfast (wasn't the same every day), supermarket was 5 minutes walk, and many tourist attractions close by.

It new and clean on the annex building.

There were no hotel staff to assist with check out at the annex building.

The hotel is very near to the pottery pathway. It is very near to the train station also. The location is good. Can go to Aeon with free bus to take from the train station. The breakfast is not bad.

The bed is not comfortable. Not sleeping well. The hotel is an old hotel.

A quiet hotel with hard working staff, that shows on how well kept, clean, organized, and accessible all the facilities are. The breakfast is beautifully served on a comfortable spot near the reception, with a variety of dishes that will meet any demand

The bath is great, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is perfect. The staff was friendly. It is great for the price and has become a favorite stopover instead of staying at the gloomy airport area.

Breakfast area too small n queued for more than half hour at 6.30 am n still cud not get in n had to skip as needed to rush for my 10am flight. Wanted 3 pax in the room but no availability so had to book 2 rooms. Noisy as can hear the railway whole nite. Also had difficulties working the aircon n lucky the weather was cool enough to open the window. ( shud have translation in English on how to operate the aircon)

Based on one thing, my comments may be skewed. But I am extremely grateful for the hotel staff for carefully keeping my ring and stud earring which I accidentally left behind. I cannot thank them enough for doing so and I managed to pick them up hours after checking out. People who experienced losing items which mean so much to them will understand that feeling. Kudos to the hotel staff (the cleaner and the front desk team) and how the society operates in Japan in general. On a more objective note, the location is great for a night stay before one's flight. The city has some nice spots to offer and the hotel is a decent option for that.

Centrally located and with ample parking space. The Onsen was a bonus and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was really good.
