Just across Chubu Centrair Airport.

They only have 1 or 2 trolleys and most of the time it's in use, so if you have a lot of stuff you have to carry everything on your own.

The location was great.

That I wasn’t able to book 1 room for my family of 4. Also I indicated that I had 2 children ages 16 and 5 and I was charged additional at the hotel for my 16 year old. The hotel should have honored the price from Booking.com

Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient location, directly accessible by walkway from the airport. Excellent buffet breakfast!

The pillows were a bit too firm and flat for our tastes.

Guy at check-in was very friendly and helpful, as I had just traveled for 24+ hours. The process was fast and easy. The location across at the airport is very convenient, and easier to access that the Sheraton.Breakfast the next day was also good. In particular, there was a grape and fig (or something) smoothie that was simpy out of this world delicious. Great way to start another day of traveling.

The only disappointment was that there was only one pillow on the bed. I would imagine a queen sized bed would at least have two pillows. Luckily I was staying there by myself, so only one pillow was necessary.

The air quality in the room was very clean. I didn’t suffer from dust allergy. I had a good night sleep.

Excellent location for airport travelers. Rooms were large (by Japan standards) and very clean. Good, well- stocked breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff with good English skills.

Bathroom was a bit small and lacked safety rails around the tub/ shower. No English channels on TV.

Reception was very welcoming and helpful

The staff in the buffet, the bald guy with no hair, he was mean and rude. He was welcoming everyone but when we came for breakfast - he immediately said NO to us embarrassing us in front of the other guests. All guests are the same so treat with kindness.

Very easy to check in. Staff were helpful and well located.

Location is good with covered access direct from the airport terminal - restaurants there closes at 21.00 so very convenient. Also train station is within the terminal area.

Smell in bathroom which came from the pipes. Did not have problem with this in a previous stay 5 days earlier in the West wing building.

Location and room cleanliness. Access to train station and international arrival/departure.

Breakfast not much choice

Location - connected to airport by walkway. You can access the departure lounge which has many many good restaurants and shops- also the train station going into Nagano. Room clean and comfortable.

Some were smoking outside North Wing exit and smoke and smell got sucked inside from the door. Getting to elevator to go to your room you had to walk past this.

Breakfast was wonderful, especially the smoothies.

Confusion at check-in that caused delay to our room when we were very fatigued from travel. But staff was very friendly.

Very convenient hotel! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.It’s super convenient that you can walk to the airport for food or souvenirs anytime, even late at night — perfect for early flights or late arrivals.

I was attending an event at Aichi Sky Expo so being the closest hotel to the venue was the reason I chose it. It was also reasonably priced and had a universal room (wheelchair access room).

The bath tub in the wheelchair access room is a conventional one which is too high to get into. I had to get my wife to lift my legs in one at a time. A simple shower would suffice.

Staffs were very friendly and approachable. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel have free coffee. Location of the hotel was also conveniently near and walkable to the airport, train station, convenient stores and restaurants, using the bridge. Breakfast buffet had several offerings and had a good view which I enjoyed. Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. :)

The staff is professional and very helpful.

The hotel has clearly once been very modern, but as tourism in Nagoya has dried, it's clear that its upkeep is not on par with some hotels.

Location about 300m to the airport. Nice waterfront view.

We had 2 rooms - 820 and 825. The aircon in 825 was noisy and start-stop throughout the nite. We checked the remote and did not find any setting that may contribute to this. As it's only a nite's stay we didn't bother to inform the hotel. Breakfast spread ok but quality was so-so. There's quite a high step to go into the ensuite bathroom which is really inconvenient, and may be an issue for those with knee or leg issues.
