- The front desk staff was helpful and called a taxi for us. Unfortunately we were switched to a smoking room because they sold out of non smoking rooms. My daughter has asthma so we always try to stay in non-smoking rooms so this was disappointing. The entire floor and room smelled smoky, at least they have air purifiers. The blanket on the bed was very thin and not warm enough or comfortable. They should at least have nice, fluffy comforters with duvet covers at this price (like they do at other hotel chains such as Prince Smart.)

No restaurant or convenient stores nearby plus no food or restaurant in the hotel. Must cross the bridge to the other side to get food.

Best (lowest) price for a single room. Located relatively close to higashi-okazaki station. There was a microwave oven inside individual room plus refrigerator.
