Pros +

Beautifully maintained rooms and so nice location, 3 min from the station (Chita Handa) and 1 min from a big supermarket. Staffs are so polite and supportive. I recommend the nice view from the spa.
Gorgeous hotel. Incredible view. Very clean. Close to the train station and shops. Felt like royalty!
Staff were patient, facilities were really good, Sauna and spa on roof top afforded views of the city.Very comfortable, breakfast to write home about.

Cons -

The front doors make it look like it's always closed.
I would say the overall cleanliness could have been better. Though not obviously dirty but it was clearly obvious that the rooms and the common areas has seen better days. e.g. room wall had obvious scuff marks and the carpet looked worn. Then again, there didn't seem to be many hotels in Handa so Candeo probably has a monopoly of the bookings which may explain why this hotel is constantly booked.
If you choose smoking room, the room smells so much that it is bit hard to sleep and and also the bed is not very comfy as much as it is advertised.

The free parking if you have a car is a great perk.

The location is very convenient, few minutes walk from the station. The facility is good, the public bath located on the top floor is nice and make you relax

If you choose smoking room, the room smells so much that it is bit hard to sleep and and also the bed is not very comfy as much as it is advertised.

staff is very helpful, room size is adequate, everything is clean and comfortable

bath is a bit smaller than expected and car park is not attached to hotel but reachable in 1-2 mins

Location is good. Room was nice and clean.

I would say, it's rather uncomfortable when you have to pick up all amenities downstairs.
