Hotel Tea County

Nice large and clean rooms, very attentive and helpful staff, good breakfast, good room service

Bathrooms are a bit old...

Room was clean and linen, staff was friendly and polite, what we asked was provided very efficiently. Restaurant had good variety and quality of breakfast. Dinner menu had good choices and food was also good. Can't say a whole lot about the exterior of the hotel as we did not explore.

The washroom could be a little more cleaner. I saw a patch of mold in the bathroom above the sink. Not only it does not look good but it is very injurious to health. Please take care of it.

The staff was really polite from the security guard to room service personnel and good amenities.

Very bad bed setting. It should be a king size bed for two people but two bed conjoined was not comfortable at all and the slippers were too slippery to wear.

The location was great. Near to every landmark of the city.

The bathroom became flooded after a single use.Loud noises come from outside, and they will wake you up in the early morning. This is not suitable at all for the family or for resting.

I went for my exam with my parents. The room was spacious and clean. The room service was quick and food was good. The bathroom was also clean. My overall experience was good

room size & Food

non corporate booking is cheaper +Complimentary breakfast but corporate booking is costlier + no complimentary breakfast. I don't get this

The location and the ambience was good.

The hotel management staffs were very good but they need to teach their restaurant staff some basic manners of how to deal with the basic queries of customers also how to maintain their behaviour while guests are sitting and having their meal.. I feel so bad to see such unprofessional behaviour in a hotel like this.

Friendly staff

The hot water situation was horrible. The water draining in the bathroom was awful as well.

Breakfast was okay and was delicious with varieties

The tea kettle was not working

Response is poor from the staff. Poor communication. Not satisfied in a 3 *** luxurious tower stay.

Bar and restaurant and the staff

Very centrally located and also the staff were very prompt and courteous. The breakfast spread was limited but all the items were hygienic and very tasty. Probably the food menu in the bar can be improved by incorporating local Assamese and other NE delicacies.

The bathroom can be better equipped. There should be soap tray available.

Very good standard for a hotel in Dibrugarh. It exceeded my expectations.

Slightly overpriced, but I don't have much complains. The minibar could have had more options ;)

The location, cleanliness and apart from the dislikes I quoted, I very much like the property and I recommend?

Suggestions for improvement:1. When a guest opts "not for work" thn instead of a writing table, a small dining table will do better to have proper meal while in the room.2. Bed was not very comfortable, two mattresses were put together to make a king bed. May b taken care of..

Disappointing

The first room allotted to me had water leaking from commode. After I complained, the room was changed. Overall, the maintenance of the hotel seems poor. The food I ordered from room service was unappetizing. Since we were leaving early in the morning, I requested for a packed breakfast, We were provided 3 packets. When we opened them to eat, we found the fruits (apple & banana) were rotten in 2 of the packets and so were the boiled eggs. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Good n safe place with cooperative staff n would recommend to all
