- My hindi is limited, so unfortunately when the taxi came to pick us up and we were approached by 20 drivers, it was difficult for him to make me understand he was my driver. Maybe bring a paper with the hotel on next time you have foreign guests.

Run by a tea planter couple. Property is beautiful - lots of plants and flowers! Ample parking space.Very close to th airport - about 10mins away.Nice, clean and cozy rooms. Linen was clean.very hot water in the bathrooms which was welcome for the cold weather!Staff was very courteous and prompt. The manager Subroto was very polite and helpful.Food was very tasty.Hosts were lovely to converse with. Free pick up from airport and drop off a real bonus. Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Lovely lounges and terrases to sit on. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was the best omelette in India! The food at dinner was also very tasty. As foreigners we needed a special permit and the staff sorted this for us and the taxi into Arunchal Pradesh. This is a new venture and I wish them lots of luck. They deserve it!
