Z Pad Residences

Quiet and clean and comfortable room and location.

I wish I could stay longer!

Weak aircon. Hot water not working. Cramped bathroom.

The staff are 100% very attentive to my needs. They are so warm and accommodating. The property is a walking distance to the mall and the church.

The property appears to be clean and well maintained but the structure is not properly well kept as there is a foul smell coming out of the toilet like a drainage smell. Also, while sleeping, a cockroach crawled on my head and kept me awake all night.

Near Metro. 24hrs security.

Tv is useless.

Spacious and clean rooms as well as the receiving area (living room) and mini-kitchen.

The “IMBURNAL” smell coming from the comfort room which is very near the bedroom is quite disgusting. I developed headache from this smell.

Always enjoy staying there ... Comfortable / Outstanding Staff / Clean / Quiet Location / Convenient to Shopping and Eating.

Clean. Great location. Off-street parking. Good value except - for poor maintenance of our room

Room really too small for Double rating. Fridge leaked. Shower head fell apart. Soap dispenser broke. I'm convinced they intentionally give this crappy room to booking.com Clients!

I like the property. It's convenient. Good location. Staff are good and helpful. The place is a little bit dated but still quite modern. Some things inside the apartments need repairing I.e the shower was hanging off the wall. Some other little issues here and there but on the whole a very good place I would recommend it to others

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s in a quiet location, far from the busy city center, which was exactly what I was looking for. The peaceful surroundings made it a great place to relax, and for the price, it was excellent value.Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, quiet getaway away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good choice. Just be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

There were a couple of downsides. The shower button was quite hard to turn on, which made using it a bit frustrating. Also, I noticed some mosquitoes inside the room, which was inconvenient.

Towels are dirtty , stinky. Lowering aircon thermostat can cause moist that makes floor wet and slippery

The Towels stinky, dirty good to be mat to clean the floor

Clean Location

Bathroom needs repair

The place was good and accessible.

They did not have running water for a day. We had a problem with taking a bath and using the toilet.

The bed is very comfortable. Once you put your body in it, you can easily get to sleep. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and approachable. Nothing I can't think of that I don't like. Almost perfect for me.

Nada.

Good location good staff very friendly and helpful room a little bit dated but I enjoyed my stay

Condo-style hotel. 3 private rooms inside a unit. Each room has its own bathroom/shower with heater. AC is cold and will give you a good night's sleep. Secure because the doors are opened with a card key only. Location is near downtown, and just across a major mall/supermarket.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, complete amenities.

The room is clean and big.

There is no extra study table ? unlike the previous rooms before, where we can eat, or since Im doing some task, i cannot write or do my things, since no table. We did eat instead at the bed carefully to avoid stains.

the staff are nice and accommodating.

the toiletries was not complete. they only gave 1 toothbrush, they said it wasn't available. we are 2 adults and they only have 1 toothbrush. But hopefully next time the accommodation will be complete. thank you

I like that it is accessible to all from nearby restaurant and other tourist spot and of course transportation wise in going to airport. the Bed is comfortable and clean. I would surely recommend it to others.

Friendly staff, great location,
