Dancels Inn

Nice interiors, rooms are big

Noicy aircon (windows typ)Noicy on Day, night is ok

Child friendly, super spacious huge and new

Maybe the food price for breakfast, too expensive for the cup or rice and ulam.

It was awesome!! I find the drinking water situation a bit weird tho but the room and staff are excellent!

Clean nice place. Good restaurant attached but a bit high priced. The decor is great and they try hard. It appears construction is still in process.

Poor Internet connection. Poor tv setup. Of all the hotels I've tried it's too pricey. At the rate they changed it should have an elevator and an air-conditioned lobby.

Modern, clean hotel. The food in the cafe was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Naomi who persevered with the internet extender issue in our room. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly use this hotel again.

Initially the staff did not understand the issue with the wifi extenders, but eventually Naomi fixed the issue.

Clean and everything works.

Breakfast is poor, bathroom layout, few amenities

The cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. As well as the room. I also love the coffee shop.

The location is quite distance from the city proper.

Nice modern rooms with lots of space and friendly staff. Nice garden in the back. Free breakfast is very good. Location was perfect as it was walking distance to all of my family in macabug.

In the rooms facing the road the traffic noise is very loud. In the Philippines this is normal noise but if you a foreigner bring earplugs.

Here at Dancels Inn My stay Initially was on Two Bookings --- by extending my First Booking .... The Accommodation Was Adequate and Matched the Room Price ... and Communication was For Me Very Easy Through Booking.com .The Front Desk Staff on Arrival were Brilliant and Extremely Helpful ... Room Staff Also Very Positive. The Bathroom and Comfort Facilities .... Sadly Need Upgrading with Extremely Poor Water Flow at the Wash Hand Basin and the WC Unit Cistern === Making Adequate Flushing of the Pan --- Un - Hygienic and for me frustrating. The Bidet Water Connection Had Been Disconnected Making the Priority of Basic Hygiene None Functional and Very Disappointing . The Outside Cleaning Staff ===. (Was I Noticed). A Lone Guy Maintaining The Cleanliness of the Outside Areas of The Premises and Was An Impressive and A Very Industrious Worker ( despite having it seemed no supervision ) === He Was A Credit to His Employment and So Cheerful in His Duties. On the Bonus Side Also ===. Dancels Inn Boasts An Integral Cafeteria with A Reasonably Varied Menu and Excellent Staff with Good Seating Areas and The Cleanliness of the Comfort Room Was Well Maintained .The Outside Area's Are A Credit To The Owners ===. Particularly as the Ongoing Outside Gardens and Yard Areas are still under development ----- But You can See Already That These Areas Will Also Be A Credit to Future Benefits .I Would Use Dancel's Inn Again Based On My First Experiences Particularly With The Front Desk Staff's Eagerness To Assist and Always So Industrious and Cheerful ...... This my first Visit.

Nothing More To Report Thanks .

Breakfast was good, location was nice.

Breakfast selection, bacon would have topped it off for me.

Very nice place, pretty new, really pleased to have stayed here only a short drive to Ormoc city about 10 minutes lovely Cafe at the entrance which does from morning to night with meals. Plenty of off road, safe parking at the back

If anything, maybe the grounds not finished as I think it would be rather nice to sit in the back perhaps the gardens??

Easy access

Very comfortable and well maintained

Everything!
