Location is great.The staff are very helpful, and very professional.Always ready to help when needed.Altogether I definitely recommend this place to my friends and families.

Internet or Wifi is a bit slow.Needs improvement.

There is black mould in the shower and the pictures that this Hotel had shown of their hotel are untrue and nothing like the actual rooms. I chose to move hotels and requested a refund which was declined .. please see my attached pictures of what this place really is.

Not quite happy.

I booked with breakfast. But no breakfast was served.There's not enough rods to hang the towels.There was no luggage rack or cabinet, we had to put our luggage on the bed and floor.

Absolutely nothing, the place was awful. Filthy, black mold in the bathrooms.

Black mold in the bathroom tiles. My towels and sheets were folded instead of being replaced with clean towels and sheets.

The breakfast was generous, fresh, and well prepared.

There were no bedside tables.

Last minute cancellation/transfer of booking.

Room cancelled at last minute by hotel. Booking transferred to another hotel not within walking distance of port. Had to upgrade my room to remain at the hotel. Unimpressed!Poor night's sleep due to talking/mobile use in reception area.

Room too small, old and crying for renovation, no elevator, staff not flexible, noisy, noise starts at 6am, some of staff felt to be in X factor show , starting to Sing loud every morning, dragging chairs left and right regardless of guests might be sleeping. Overall very low level and one of my worst hotel experiences, I won't step in in any RedDoorz hotel anywhere. a total disgrace

The Shining Most Positive Experience At RedDoors Is The Staff .... The Front Desk Are Exceptional ((And I Travel A Lot All Over The World )) .... The Room Staff and Cleaners Are Right on Top Of Their Duties and Any Reasonable Request is dealt with Quickly and Always with a Smile ..... If You need Help whether its Not their Responsibility or Relates to an Outside Assistance ..... The Front Desk Staff are Really Super Helpful and For Me That I Find Most Reassuring as a Lone Traveller . The Security Guard isn't just a Watching Sentinal ===. Whoever is on Duty Will Give All Kinds of Assistance . My Quality of Tagalog Is I will admit quite poor --- But RedDoors Staff Comprehensions of English ( much to my Benefit ) Are Significant and Fluent ..... Sufficiently To Give Most Travellers Immediate Help.If its Your First Time In Ormoc Southern Leyte Province ....... There Are Many Types of Hotels and Boarding Houses .... You Get What You Pay For In Any Event and Yes its a Budget Hotel --- So Don't Expect Five Star On Everything.Some Area's of Upgrading Would Be beneficial Without Breaking The Bank .

very small room's very thin walls. Very less personal. no upgrade possible. long waiting on the reception.

The staffs are accomodating.

The air-conditioning is not fully functioning. It stops and disrupts our sleep. The bathroom is really clean but fine enough. The sockets are not conveniently placed to reach and some are not functioning properly.

My Booking consisted of 1 x double bed 1 x Twin Room and a Family Room 2 x 2 Double Beds. These rooms were not available and not the rooms I paid for. I was given 2 x double beds and a twin room containing 2 x single beds. The hotel offered no reduction. Especially as the bathroom was full of cockroaches. I have stayed at RedDoorzs in the past and always given an honest review. But I would never stay Reddoorzs again. I will be writing to the CEO Amit Saberwal

The fact that they advertise room that are not available. Also, with no bedside table, balancing a cup of coffee on the bed. I tipped it on the sheets. And was told the house keeper would have to pay for the excessive cleaning charge. The stain on the sheet was small and the Cleaning Charge was reduced. Sorry I could never recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Drinks selection was also nice. Location fantastic.

We arrived and they had completely different rooms booked for us from our booking. We booked 2 rooms, and they only had 2 down. Finally relented into giving us the room we booked in the first place for cash only.

- problem with TV remote. - no air extractor in shower room. - a dead cockroach in the shower...
