Big room with good breakfast. Good sea view. It is not close to the beach but you can see the sea from window view.

Breakfast okay, view okay swimming pool okay. Air-conditioning in the room is okay.

Parking a bit confused alignment. Staff make a wrong key card.Bathroom the water seepage. On the bathroom floor soak.

Really nice hotel, the ocean view is breathtaking, breakfast bar was delicious

Housekeeping did not keep swimming pool towels stocked, even after personally informed the lobby, no attendant or phone number to contact on 3rd floor, this resulted in wet floors and elevators, which is a safety hazard

Checking in is so bad Staff don’t suggest anything for the long line.

The breakfast is so bad. many people in the restaurant don’t have a staff take a dirty dish on the table. It’s not enough seats for the people on the traffic time. The food is less quality.

Room is fully equipped and bigger than others. Comfortable bed and bathroom, in-room microwave and washing machine. Buffet breakfast is ok.

No ironing, slippers, and bathrobes provided. Poor WiFi signal if stay on higher floor.

Spacious room with good ocean view, strong WiFi signal.

Aircon in the room cannot adjust, hot water is weak then not convenient for using bathtub. Less staffs at front desk and restaurant.

The facilities is very clean and very good. The room’s spacious and worth the money. Cleanliness is ok.

The facilities is indeed 5-star worthy but the service…it’s like having a 2-star grade services in a 5-star facilities. On the day i arrived the staff couldn’t find my booking and made faces at me, and even AFTER finding my booking they gave me a key to an occupied room…(that was awkward). And the way the staff talked to me, it doesn’t feel like they feel guilty or anything for giving me the wrong room, or couldn’t find my booking, just meh ?Everything else was fine. Its a missed opportunity, they could have done so much more with a different management team! ?‍↔️

Nice pool, good breakfast options

The furniture in the room needs to be replaced or taken care properly.

Very good design, clean, nice view, good breakfast

- not many staff, so taking long time for checking-in.- air-con was too cold, and hard to adjust.- no nearby minimart.- cannot ask for more soap and shampoo.- no car roof at the drop off area, it was too bad during raining.- gym was quite warm. air-con seemed trouble.

It was all so clean and spacious. Everything had good to high standard. You can order food from outside and warm it in the room and enjoy it if you want to stay inside one evening or two. Lovely swimming pool.My score over all... 9.5. a sure 10 if pool had shades on parts + a lunch/ dinner service a few days a week at least

A bit to far away from ships/ 7/11 etc. Have to order taxi. Not sure how this will be fixed. Just what i think. Taxi easy. Arrives in 2-10 minutes. And the trip to town takes 4 mins. But a crossing from the hotel over the heavy traffic 4 -6 lane road and you would walk it in 10 min ;).No shader for parts of pool avail. Strong sun will burn you. No easy access to toilets near pool (at least i didnt see them). Restaurant only serves breakfast. But understandable at times

I definitely think this hotel is over rated . This is not a 5 stars hotel. They charge for an extra towel , mat towel . They only give 1 keycard . If you ask for an extra one they will ask you for 100฿ deposit for a keycard. I have been to many 5 stars hotels and never have to experience with an extra charge for a keycard or a towel .Good room size , good facilities in room but uncomfortable bed and poor amenities Poor Breakfast, No onsen on Weekday ,Staff is average

Parking lot is not enough for all guest. And line buffet get worst. Staff can’t control the flow of customer and the food is absolutely not enough for all customer the staff did not fill in the food.

Bathtub and cubical and curtains not provided to all rooms cause of wet floor in toilet. Shower holder damaged

The size of the room and the location are the only two positive things for this hotel.

Not Worth the 5-Star RatingThis hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment, but my experience was far from that standard. Here are the major issues I encountered during my stay:#### Room Condition- **Sticky Floors**: Both rooms I booked had floors that were gluey and sticky. This was quite uncomfortable, especially for my 5-year-old child.- **Slippers Charge**: When I requested slippers to walk comfortably, I was informed that each pair costs 30 THB. This felt unreasonable for a supposed luxury hotel.#### Cleanliness Issues- **Ineffective Cleaning**: After asking the staff to mop the floors, the situation did not improve. The floors remained sticky, suggesting poor-quality cleaning products or equipment.#### Additional Charges- **Towel Charges**: We requested an extra towel for our child and were shocked to learn it would cost 50 THB per towel—totaling 100 THB for our two-night stay. This is not something one expects from a hotel of this caliber.#### General Maintenance- **Rundown Facilities**: The hotel appears to be in a state of disrepair. The swimming pool was filled with green lime scales, indicating a lack of proper maintenance.- **Elevator Issues**: The keycard floor lock system for the elevator was not in use, which raises concerns about security and convenience.Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The combination of unclean conditions, unreasonable charges, and general neglect does not justify a 5-star rating. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a quality experience.

Free parking, but no EV charging

No baby chair in the restaurant. Not enough tables during breakfast. Employees don't clean up tables. No slippers in the room. Old hotel and bad management I guess. Fair budget price.

Every day the room was cleaned

Breakfast not good, seems that they serve what was left from restaurant from yesterday Under the bed there were trash left Swimming pool area very dirty, windows dirty and 1 broken, floor very dirty, edges in the pool are very sharp and me and my daughter cut her self and did not want to go there again Tiles next to elevator are fallen off in some places, and more that 1, I saw at least 5 places above the elevator or side of eve Bator where it fell off and it could have hit people walking Fitness area and sauna closed and dirty from what I saw through the window Wifi so bad it sometimes works sometimes not and then the technician comes, foxes for 1 day and the next day it does not work again... Restaurant is the worst I have been in Thailand, I do not understand how they can charge above average prices and deliver such poor quality, money down the drain, But the bed was comfortable, so just after a sleeping we went somewhere else, because it is terrible

I don’t like anything about this hotel.

-Start with parking area, there is only around 10% have roof. Most of the car need to park outside the roof which are extremely sunny. The parking area is a bit far from check-in area.-Breakfast is may good for Asian people. The menu is known for Asian person like curry, congee. But if you are Western people, this breakfast is not recommend. What i’m surprise is they don’t have Egg Live station in breakfast and have only Sunny side up fried egg and ham in the breakfast. It’s not look like 5 star hotel provided breakfast.-The facility in the room is so poor. Sometime Wifi don’t working, i try to contact Front office which is good helping me to call the maintenance to solve the problem. But he comes to argue with me about Wifi in my room(for what?, just make it work). -Air conditioner is not working well. I asked the help from same maintenance guy, he said the controller is error.-Tap water has orange color.Look like you’re not ready to give good service and experience to us. So disappoint and not recommend to all of reader.
