This is a great hotel. Great people, awesome restaurant, nice bar in the lobby, I was upgraded to a larger room for free. Washing machine the on balcony was great.

Is about a 5-10 minute cab ride to an area with a lot more restaurants and activities. Sriracha is very interesting. It feels less touristy than other places that arent that far away.

Great Front Office Team, accurate and to the point.Rooms were comfortable and complete, even if the plan was for a longer stay.

Continuous mobile phone use of FB staff during breakfast service. Takes away the attention for the guests and spoiles the experience.

When we checked out, we had already requested that the invoice include our company name and Tax ID, but in the end we still received only a regular invoice, which means we cannot use it for reimbursement at our company.

The breakfast is good, but the serving time should be extended until 10:30 AM, as it gets very crowded — the space is insufficient and the food runs out quickly.

The parking space is insufficient.The bath towels are of poor quality — the fibers come off when used.The check-in process takes a very long time.

Very well located. The breakfast we had was good. So many selections. The bed was so comfortable. Friendly and attentive staffs. Our family has a great stay.

All facilities were good, clean and new and the reception staff are nice.

We requested a tax invoice but couldn’t get it because of unclear conditions and policies between your company and the partner. This shouldn’t become the customer’s problem.If there’s a disagreement or limitation between companies, it’s your responsibility to work it out internally—not to tell the customer to go back and forth between parties.All we heard from both sides was “we can’t” and “you have to contact the other company yourself,” which was very disappointing.This seems like an ongoing issue that hasn’t been properly solved. It’s not about your staff—it’s about the lack of a clear and smooth process to handle these situations, and in the end, it affects the customer experience directly.

No toilet paper in the room. The corridors and the room were extremely smelly. No fresh air. Very stale smell. No windows to open. We had to call 3 times to get toilet paper, wine glasses and air freshener to be delivered. Breakfast was poor with no staff and on checkout only one member of staff doing checkout at peak period. Definitely will not come back!!! We don't understand the good reviews on this hotel!

The hotel’s facilities are all good. We booked two separate rooms and the hotel kindly upgraded them to be connecting rooms which is perfect! In terms of location. It’s a bit far from town and the seaside public park but that’s not a problem for us as we have a car.

Location

The room had a strong toilet odor, and the lights were not functioning properly. There was also a persistent wheezing wind noise even when the door was completely shut. Additionally, the sofa and chairs had noticeable stains, and the water temperature in the bathroom kept fluctuating between hot and cold, making it difficult to use comfortably. These issues significantly impacted the overall stay and should be addressed to improve the guest experience.

We checked in around 15:00 in the afternoon, had no parking lot already, the staff told us to park in a school campus across street, there were many parking locations, didn’t inform us which one we were allowed to park.

Welcoming staff. Clean rooms and environment. Got a good deal so it was value for money!

The check in time is 3pm but the was available on 5pm. We had to wait for 2 more hours.

Family room was nice. All electric equipments function well. The mattress was not too soft/hard. There are choices of pillows.

One of the bedrooms aircon isnt working, the suggestion to change the room was way too late at night to pack and move. We ended up sleeping in our living room.
